I'm honestly only upset because I was told Monday it was in their wearhouse and waiting for tracking to be generated. If it doesn't ship by this new ship by date I'll be forced to cancel since I'm moving in a few weeks =( so disappointed..

So Sprint emailed me about the new delay for the phone I preordered (7+128GB Black) and I said eff it. I reserved the phone in gold at my local Apple store and will pick it up after work. I am beyond over the delays.

I received the same email.

ITS SOO FRUSTRATING!

I'm undecided if I want to cancel my order or not.
 
I just got the shipping delay email too(they actually sent it 3 different times). I'm canceling my order in the morning, I'm just over the entire thing at this point.

This will be my last year with Sprint. I'll be switching to Verizon or T-Mobile before upgrade next year. I would do it now, but it isn't very likely that making the switch will put phones in my hands any faster. I'll stick it out with Sprint one more year.

I was just in chat again with someone who doesn't know what she's talking about. I've never had such a runaround as I've had with Sprint, especially over this preorder BS.

I believe a package doesn't exists for me. For the life me I can't understand someone at Sprint not saying I should have it the next business day if it's shipped next day air or at least be at my local UPS facility next business day.

I've been tryin to check up on you guys as much as possible. I feel SO SO BAD for ya AppleB. UPS ****ed up my delivery but through a very heated 90 min phone call I was able to get it worked out. But that's what's so ****** about this-Sprint ****ed it up enough for everyone. So when it's finally outta their hands you should be able to sit back and wait for ur phone. **** UPS & **** SPRINT
 
The actual weight is 2LB. The estimated Dimensional weight is 4LB based on the size of the box. It's to avoid shipping charge corrections.

That sounds right but I was worried that my order wasn't fulfilled completely.

2 + size phones and a return kit would weigh right at 2 lbs total but it seemed a little light to me.

All my stuff is on one order and tracking number so surely they couldn't mess that up... right?
 
The thing that makes me mad is that they will still let people preorder it. Like finish the other damn orders before you promise new people a phone that they wont get till next year. All about the money.

Got the order delayed email also, I'm done with Sprint because of the bogus ship date from the beginning only to be changed last night and for also the lead along BS for the past week or two.
 
when opening an account with sprint there was nothing where you had to indicate that you would be doing the promotion...you go to the rebate website and print out a shipping label and send your phone back and you will get the credit...so I can't imagine it's anywhere on your account...if you never send your phone you won't get the credit.
I can't find an option on the rebate page for the free iPhone 7 trade in. I talked with customer service yet again yesterday and their solution was to go into the nearest store and return my phone then repurchase my phone or another with the trade in promotion. They claimed it was not possible to add the promotion to my account over the phone which is bs.

I'm trying my hand at emailing this Marci SVP. I have until Sunday to return my AT&T iPhone 7+ so I hope Sprint turns things around in the next 48 hours or I'm just canceling the whole thing.
 
Ok I'm officially done! The 1 thing I can say is the woman who called me from Marci's team was honest. They have no idea when they are coming

So... I received my "shipping" emails and tracking information last night around 9pm CST.

Was told directly via email from an SPV of Customer Care that my order was completely fulfilled and that everything would be here today.

I just checked my email again this morning and had received the pre-generated "your product is delayed" email 3 times within a 20 minute timeframe overnight.

This was obviously hours after my shipping email so I'm hoping everything was fulfilled. If not, I might go nuclear on Sprint considering I have that email directly from Marci.
