So... I received my "shipping" emails and tracking information last night around 9pm CST.

Was told directly via email from an SPV of Customer Care that my order was completely fulfilled and that everything would be here today.

I just checked my email again this morning and had received the pre-generated "your product is delayed" email 3 times within a 20 minute timeframe overnight.

This was obviously hours after my shipping email so I'm hoping everything was fulfilled. If not, I might go nuclear on Sprint considering I have that email directly from Marci.
That could be a sign that some of us might actually still get shipping today. I'm not holding my breath, that's for damn sure.

When returning the old iPhone 6, do you just return the phone or the phone and the box it came in?
 
The (not even) funny thing is even though I got an email(3 actually) telling me my 7+ RG 128GB was delayed, the my order page STILL says ship by 9/30 if you ordered before 11 a.m on 9/13.
 
They sent me 3 emails, does anyone notice something different about mine? If it's system generates, why does mine says 10/4-10/1? All 3 emails say that so maybe I got one before they fixed the mistake or that's really my new date lol.

I got that same exact email this morning! Except mines the 256gb Silver Plus

I got the same three emails saying my order is delayed with the same dates.

I have three lines with Sprint and have had them for multiple years. I ordered three of the 7's in store on 9/13. Two 32 7+ models and one 32 7. I received the two of the three 7s;my MB 7+ is now delayed. I'm honestly thinking of going to Verizon, but if I were to switch now I'd end up waiting another month for Verizon to get the phones in. It's just a huge catch 22. I'm beyond frustrated.

Ordered the same device from Best Buy. Should be here Monday. Keeping sprint order just in case it comes sooner.
 
Interesting seeing those with Rose Gold orders getting delay emails.

Waiting for my preordered RG+ 128 and got a worth the wait email last night. Original delivered date is 10/12-10/19. Maybe this means mine was pushed up to the first week of October...would be sweet.
 
For people who pre-ordered in the sprint store, did you get an order number?
They only told me they would give me call when its ready. I tried looking up order support my # order but they could not find it since it was pre-ordered in the store :/

I did find out \Pub is the Sprint store inventory/tracking database info - no outside folks do not have access.
 
I have not received an email about my Rose Gold order being delayed -YET. It will probably come tonight.
 
I e-mailed Marci Carris this morning to let her know about my disappointing experience as a new customer and delays and misinformation...got a call back from one of her managers an hour later...she could not give me any additional information haha...now it's just getting funny...oh well...

Got my tracking at about 1:30am. When I checked ups I had a estimated time of delivery of 3pm,ended getting my phone at 5:45pm. Didn't have to sign for the package and I didn't pay for ups my choice. The reason I did not sign up for ups my choice is part of the terms stipulates that ups would not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged due to weather. If requested to be left at doorstep.​

I ordered the same phone on 9/11 and it was suppose to be shipped today and it got delayed late last night to 10/4-11.

Nice! I'm in college and have class today plus a fashion show I'm in and it's homecoming weekend so I needed my phone! Haha perfect day to be coming. And I did the ups my choice cause of the 2 hour window, I jus wanted my phone before heading to campus lol

Transferring everything over to the new phone was easy took about 20 minutes,so hopefully you'll have your phone up and ready before heading out to class. Upgraded from a 6plus to 7pluse 32g mb,new phone noticeably way way faster

I got an email with tracking a day after it shipped from "Sprint Order Support." The email had all the tracking info and order numbers for my in store preorder. I was told all I'd get is a phone call when it arrived in store.
