Hey guys. I ordered on the 10th and hadn't received a satisfactory response from any of the reps I spoke with via chat or over the phone.

It wasn't until I tweeted my experience directly to Marci's twitter profile, and I said they were about to loose an over-10-year customer with 5 lines attached to my account. Surprisingly, she responded very quickly and asked that I DM her with more details. Within a few hours from that, I received a call from someone in her office and they apologized and said my order was in the next batch and they said they'd call back later that night with tracking. Late last night, got the call and the t#. They said it was shipping next day air. I just now received my device. I suggest continuing to email and tweet her and any other high ranking official with sprint. Go through everyone you can. None of us should ever have experienced this debacle.

I ordered the same date, same phone, emailed and twittered the same people and still no satisfaction. I've been with Sprint 10+ yrs. and 4 lines.

Too long of story to write but now it's Monday to get the new order going and possibly a Tues delivery. FML
I wish I could take a drink. LOL.
But I've been sober 8 years thank God.
Best Buy delivery is the same. Getting my Monday if they don't lose or steal it again.

im MAD ASF..... one of my lines just received tracking iPhone 7+ jet black 128gb(ordered 1:20pm/order #803660xxx)... it isn't my phone though.. mine still haven't got tracking and i ordered at 10am(same phone)..wtf sprint.. anyone who has this marci or whoever email please tell me. I am beyond mad because sprint gave time frames for people who ordered at a specific time and if im not mistaken this phone should be arriving around 11/11 like wtf...

Called sprint earlier to see what my options are for getting the phone from BB instead.
Rep said my preorder CANNOT be canceled. So now I'm forced to wait it out. They used my upgrade eligibility on a phone that they do not even have as well.

Depends on what storage you want. Go to Best Buy website then pick the device you want and towards the bottom of the page select delivery times and it will tell you. Example
 
I e-mailed Marci Carris this morning to let her know about my disappointing experience as a new customer and delays and misinformation...got a call back from one of her managers an hour later...she could not give me any additional information haha...now it's just getting funny...oh well...
I talked with someone on Marci's team today and he seems to be trying to help but this is like the fourth person at Sprint who I have asked, "how do I turn in my trade in phone for the free iphone 7 promotion?" and they act like they have never heard of such a thing. They refer to having so many promotions it's hard to find one.

It was all over the national news that the big four carriers were offering free iPhone 7s for the last couple of weeks. Sprint was in the news saying their pre-orders were huge compared to years past so how does customer service act like they haven't heard of this?
 
Well, both IPhones are scheduled to be delivered by 5:45PM CST today... I swear the wait today has felt as long or longer than the last 3 weeks of the entire process.

It's like I can't allow myself to believe this process is coming to an end until I actually have the phones in hand.

Come on UPS!!!!
