Does anyone else have another high upper managment besides Marci? I'm beyond pissed. Since last Friday I've been wanting to cancel my order and this useless higher rep told me it would take 24-48 hours. BS! I called her back and she left a voicemail saying that she's on vacation for a week. Doesn't even bother calling me and giving me an status of my order before she took that vacation. Another imbecile rep took over and he was useless as well. I emailed Marci back on Wednesday and she hasn't bothered emailing me back or having someone giving me a call back. Now I notice on the Sprint.com/myorder the would-be available Iphone Plus 256gb now have a delivery date of late November. 
Had my ordered been canceled on Friday, I'd probably have my phone with me right now. This is not right, we've been customers with Sprint for 15 doggone years and have 6 lines open. Never late on payments, never had an issue. Definitely will start looking at other carriers if this issue doesn't get resolved ASAP.

If it's already delivering to your local store you should be able to pick it up at 11 or noon. The longest process is getting it set up, I picked my phone up at 11:27 on Thursday and I didn't leave until 2 after going to my house to update the phone because their wifi was too slow to get my phone activated. Hopefully you won't have the problem were there was a newer update avalible. Congratulations!!!!

Well the shipping dates for my type phone got updated. My shipping dates went from 11/11:11/25 to 11/4:11/11 for the 7+ 128G rg. Glad I'll be getting it sooner rather than later. I thought I would let anyone still hanging around know to check for updated shipping dates.

yes finally sprint got it together
I did. I got it around 1:30 today. Ups is unbelievable. They just left the package at the door. Didn't ring the doorbell or anything. My mom happened to show up and see the package.
That's good that she caught it bad that ups would do something so ignorant and unprofessional they should be happy that no one stole it because I'm pretty sure there would have been enraged people!
