I didn't say everyone who gets a 32GB model is technology illiterate. But I'm pretty sure most of the 32GB crowd either don't know what a GB is or what the difference means between 32/128/256GB or storage, they just wanted an iPhone and oh the 32GB model was the cheapest, or yes, 32GB is enough for them. Just like when people used to buy the 16GB models not knowing what 16GB storage was, it was just the cheapest method to get an iPhone and 6 months down the road if that, they were complaining that they had no storages left on their device."Technology illiterate" is a very strong term. I'm an IT and graphic designer but still opt-In on the 32gb simply because I don't use my device for a lot of photos and videos. The storage capacity of an iPhone has nothing to do with being "technology illiterate".

As long as you opted to return your current device as part of your upgrade agreement and didn't choose the option to pay off your remaining lease balance/buy out option.Hopefully ours is removed.
