You'd be surprised at how many people actually want the 32 GB. The average consumer who wants an iPhone at the cheapest cost, and those who don't have large photo/video libraries. Even when the 16GB version was alive and well, so many people would still get them. A lot of people don't understand what capacity storages mean. I could mention GB's to my father and he wouldn't know the first thing of what I'm talking about. Most people who are technology illiterate or the older crowds probably jumped on the 32GB version. Also why the 256 models were more readily available because most people see it has #1, the most expensive versions, and #2, they will never come even near to using it all. I, Myself will probably never use more than 10GB worth of storage on my 256 model because I've always been on the "cloud" bandwagon. But It was available first so I went with it.

Hey fellow Sprinters.

That Marci person people were emailing... Is she in charge of any customer service operations? I just had one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had with a company.

First, if any of you purchased the phone in installments, be ready for the weirdest, NASA-looking bill you have ever seen.

When I purchased the phone, I had at the time an outstanding balance of $100. Additionaly, I still owed $93 to pay off my iPhone 6. To upgrade to the 7+, I was told that I needed to pay: $100 down, $93 for the previous phone payoff, and sales tax of $70 or so.

So that is what I paid. When I made the payment, Sprint stated that I owed $0 towards that month's bill. I assumed that they would roll my service fee into the next month. Weird, but fine. I have autopay, so not worried.

Today, i get a notice that my service is to be disconnected for being past-due. Huh?

I looked at my impossible to read bill, and there is a $63 charge for the amount still owed on my previous phone. And that payment was due the day they charged it to me, somehow. Additionally, they charged me sales tax for the phone, again.

Oh, and a $3 late fee.

After a lot of studying, I suppose what happened was that, though I paid them money SPECIFICALLY for the phone(s), and they sure as Hell sent me a new one, they applied that money towards my previous balance, instead, and re-charged me sales tax. They applied no money towards the financed phone.

What a cluster-thingy.

So I called customer service. I got in a polite argument with a representative, and then she initially refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Ugh. I work CS, myself, so I don't blame her.

However, I finally got a supervisor, Michael. I cannot tell you how rude he was. At one point, I brought up that I had been a customer for years, and he says, "Sir, we have customers who have been here longer than you." He was incredibly rude, and even shouting at me throughout the call.

Essentially, this is poor service like I have never experienced in my life.

So I want to talk to Marcy, if this is what she is about.

And I will not stop re-telling this tale to everyone who asks about Sprint until they resolved my issue.

How this relates to this thread.... BEWARE YOUR FIRST BILL; IT IS A DOOZIE.

When my 7 Plus shipped, I had a $379 bill which was due in 2 weeks. When I got it and activated it, I noticed that day it went to $971. One charge was for a Lease cancelation fee and the remaining balance of my 6S. I had jus sent my 6S off back to Sprint for trade in hours before I noticed the charge. I contacted Sprint and they apologized. Said that charge shouldn't have been applied to my account so soon, as it is only applied once they don't received my trade in device after the 30 day return policy. She said it would be removed once Sprint got my phone. It was received by Sprint on October 20th. I contacted them on Monday because the charge was still there and they said it could take 10-15 days for it to be removed/credited because it has to go through a few verification stages to be cleared. 2 hour later, the charge disappeared and my balance was back to $379.

We still have to pay the Lease Terminatiom Fee.

If I knew the Jet Black color was new, I would've ordered something else. According to Sprint's site, my ETA won't be until like 11/31 - 12/15

"Technology illiterate" is a very strong term. I'm an IT and graphic designer but still opt-In on the 32gb simply because I don't use my device for a lot of photos and videos. The storage capacity of an iPhone has nothing to do with being "technology illiterate".
[doublepost=1477610903][/doublepost]I got my 32 GB MB iPhone 7 plus on 3rd of October and my bill is $-3.67 which is due on the 31st LOL! Marci's team really hooked me up.As soon as my phone was activated I received a call from "Jeff" telling me congratulations and enjoy.
