They do, but only if the shipper paid for it. It should say on the tracking.
People who ordered the JB iPhone might be waiting a while. What pissed me off just a bit is scanning through YouTube to see all these idiots with JB & Matte Black iPhones but using them for scratch testing or damage testing and so on. I'm like, "that matte black + iPhone should be with me" opposed to being freaking destroyed or tested by some yahoo.

Just got finished watching one and my heart broke Like we couldn't even get our phones at launch but YTbers are out here dropping 7s off buildings, banging them with hammers and knife scratching on them
They act like they have disposable income , and it makes me want to unfollow these people so badly sometimes. Other times I realize they are just like us and don't act richy b**chy

Just got off chat with sprint... again. My status changed a few times on me. First rep told me this coming week.. I'm like OK cool. Then status changed, end of September.. then mid October.. now end of October. Yeah.. something keeps changing and thats why I'm not so kosher right now.

I did see people were getting a non-return charge for their current devices. I will have to return two 6 Plus devices, with the included return kit (when the new ones ship).Do you think they just charge the debit card you used to preorder? Or would it just be posted to your billing statement? Do those charges need to be paid in full before the 7 Plus devices are shipped?
Sigh... Kinda hoping they now wait to ship them until payday

You should've received an email from Sprint with your tracking number. It will be shipped to the store (at least mine was). They'll call you when it comes in.
You should get an email or phone call. I'm pretty positive you can't track in store orders on sprint.com
My order still shows shipping by 9/30. Hoping Monday we get updates! Lol.
