Do a reference track using your account number and just the United States. Don't choose a zip code. Search today and the last couple days. It should come up with two packages. One inbound to you and one with a label created which is for the return kit. That's what happened when my fiancée' 7 shipped.

Nah, the order # is different. It's for the mysterious 7P 128 that was a phantom order.
My 256 was ordered around 4:35 am on the 9th.
Somehow Sprint placed an order for a 128 about 10 minutes before. I cancelled that order but apparently they didn't cancel the return kit.
I predict issues in the future. I easily see them expecting 2 devices returned instead of one.

If I don't get tracking by the 25th I'm gonna just cancel and go get a non plus model with a higher Gb capacity. I like the camera but not that much to deal with this wore out 6 anymore. Battery is only good for 1/2 a day at best

No, they can only charge your card for that pre-order. Any new charges will post to your Sprint Account. You have 30 days from your order date to return your old phones. If people's credit cards are being charged for premature return fees, I'd be disputing charges on the card and throwing a fit at Marcelo Claure and Sprintcare on Twitter.

First time poster here...been checking in here and there and figured I feed the troll first. I'm one of the very few who ordered the black 7 plus 128 in store. I was told originally 9/30 but I could get a call sooner. Went into the store yesterday just to check (was on the way to dropping my girlfriend's black 7 off to her at her job) and they had no idea when I would get it. I figure the Pluses are going out next week....so I'm just being patient for the time being.
Been playing with the girlfriend's 7 and I gotta say it runs smooth as hell. The matte black also looks much darker than I thought...I was afraid the phone would look two toned with the front being darker but it's not. I originally ordered a Jet Black the night preorders went live because of this but got the wrong size and cancelled the next morning. When I tried to reorder the website was stuck saying my upgrade was pending so I went in store. That's when I was told of a Nov ship date for the JB and said eff it I'm going regular black. 9/30 sounded much better than 11/7. After seeing the black in person though....I think it's actually better than the JB.

I agree man. I got to check out the 7+ Matte Black in store on Friday and absolutely love the color. That's the color I ordered and thinks it's worth the wait.
Just a heads up, your account number will find your order if shipping has been generated. This is for UPS reference number tracking. I left everything else blank but the country. Still no luck on my black 128 plus, but it did find my wife's 128 RG plus that was delivered yesterday.

Has anyone that ordered in the store been able to find a way to track status of order? I've tried Sprint chat support and calling the store itself with no luck.
I have a question. I'm on a two year contract. I have a 6s plus. I have one more year left with that phone. I bought the 7 plus at full price. On the website It says replacement kit or something. Does that mean I'll have to give them my old one?

Also do you have a MyUPS account? You may be able to confirm whether those packages are yours or not through that system.
