So..

I tried the trick of searching my account # and just the country on ups and this came up. My wifes 128gb 7+ rose gold also showed up that was delivered yesterday.

I ordered a 7+ black 128gb on 9/9/16 at 3:39 am and my order status on sprint says :

Your order for the iPhone 7 Plus Black 128GB has been received and will ship by 9/30 if ordered before 11AM CT on 9/13. Your order will deliver 10/10-10/19 if ordered between 11AM CT on 9/13 and 3PM CT on 9/16. Your order will deliver 10/21-10/28 if ordered after 3PM CT on 9/16. You may track the progress of your order at www.sprint.com/myorder. Additionally, keep an eye out for a shipping email with your tracking information. Thank you for your patience.
Mine says the same thing, are you sending a phone back? If you look they're both going to the same place, same place mine says?
 
Looks like you could be receiving your phone very soon

Also do you have a MyUPS account? You may be able to confirm whether those packages are yours or not through that system.

I signed in and looked at them and it gave me the options to receive notifications and change delivery and one said file a claim so im thinking thats good news..hopefully.
 
Has anyone that ordered in the store been able to find a way to track status of order? I've tried Sprint chat support and calling the store itself with no luck.

If you ordered in store, it will likely come as one huge shipment with other people who also ordered in that same store, so there isn't an actual way to track when you'I'll get it. Just pure patience I'm afraid.
 
Then I don't think they'll be sending your phone to IL, lol I was just as confused, but that is the only thing that makes sense to me?


When i look at the shipments they both say from Dallas to IL so who knows.. hopefully something happens with the tracking numbers to give me a better indication if its my phone or not
 
What did you order from there?
iPhone 7 128GB black matte, haven't received anything from sprint about shipping either, everything I have received from them all said I will receive my device on 09/16, been on the phone for 50 minutes trying to see if they can give me something new since my order status hasn't seemed to change at all!!

They won't tell you anything but the device is on back order and it will ship out to you on the date on your myorder page from sprint

Oh no she told they have my device and its at their warehouse, but she couldn't tell me why it wasn't delivered yesterday, she was blaming that on ups, she said to keep checking myorder through sprint because we all know that that updates so well!!

Nice, thanks for the reply :) I did see people were getting a non-return charge for their current devices. I will have to return two 6 Plus devices, with the included return kit (when the new ones ship).

Do you think they just charge the debit card you used to preorder? Or would it just be posted to your billing statement? Do those charges need to be paid in full before the 7 Plus devices are shipped?

Sigh... Kinda hoping they now wait to ship them until payday :D
If you're on a lease program it will be refunded when the phone is returned. If not, it is added to your bill.

Mine is still stating 9/23-9/30. 4:35 order time same device I believe.

I have little hope of seeing anything change before Monday. Just a hunch. Apple will be keen to get devices into their retail stores asap.

Clearly retail partners aren't a priority.

Then i asked her "Then why didn't i receive it then" She couldn't answer that question, i swear they just pull stuff from their asses!! he did also say it is a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE" Which i know is another lie do to others who ordered after me have their phones!
 
So I upgraded at BestBuy, and now I'm being charged for leaving the lease and not returning my old 6s. Could someone explain this to me?

I was on the iPhone Forever Plan (22 Mo.) so I upgraded my line through BB's website and chose the 18 Mo. plan. Now, I have pay $600+ (Including my bill), so much for the "free" upgrade.

They told me I had "equipment assignment" and would get my phone in release day. Next rep I talked to said that's not true and they don't know when it'll come.

Should just be the lease remainder. Once you return the old device the charge should drop.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what your saying.

The iPhone Forever requires a device turn in. Once the device is received and deemed working they will remove the lease charge.
