2 years ago I ordered my 6 Plus on October 1 and delivered on November 11.
Jesus Christ.
I had an upgrade on Nov. 1st, no 6 Pluses 64GB, had to drive an hour to settle for a 16GB. Now I have a 6S Plus 64GB that I ordered on the day of launch got it a week later.

Was just reading the Sprint order and guidelines page and saw this.

Orders for products that are not available within 30 days will be canceled. In the event that your order is canceled you will be contacted via email.

Hopefully this doesn't happen to any of us is who preordered on day one.

Back then I was on the Sprint forums and a women created a Spreadsheet with color model and size to determine when you may get it. It was intense. I remember preorder people having delivery dates pushing into Thanksgiving and some mid October folks gets mid January dates.

7+ 32GB Matte Black delivered on 9/22 (ordered at 10 a.m. on 9/10)

When you say 'order support' are you talking phone or chat? I ask because whenever I've talked to either they've quoted the delivery estimate on my order status page.

Both now, easier over the phone. I pressed them to quit telling me what was on the site. Their actual order support team (who you never get to talk to) knows more about the order than what is on the site. At least, that has been the case the past 2 years now. I used to order direct from Apple before iPhone Forever.

Now seeing threads of people returning their phone and I'm still waiting like WTF... apple needs to get it together Don't promise me a new black when I got to wait 2 months to play with it also the sprint dates are killings me how can I order on preorder day and get the same dates as people that ordered yesterday sorry just a little vent #blackiphonesmatter

I have been exercising extreme restraint and haven't contacted Sprint at all about my matte black 128 7+, but all that really means is that I'm relying on the people in this thread to keep bugging Sprint for me. Thanks!

I'll do it as long as it takes hah, I wouldn't have a problem but you don't get to charge my credit card hundreds of dollars without giving me a good update on the status of my order.

This is the first preorder that didn't have 2 weeks between start of preorder and release. I have a feeling Apple won't do that again.
As far as I know, last year was unusual and it was always the norm to have preorder and launch one week from each other. I could be wrong.

I just called for my Jet Black 7+ (3:21 AM CT), was told the same 10/7 time frame :( I pushed really hard for more information but got nothing. This is super frustrating, tracked by reference by my zip and I see one package on route coming from Louisville to be delivered on 9/19, doubting it's me now. No matter what I do when seeking customer support they tell me the same information. She said there's no way I'll get it before October.. :(

That is an hour and a half almost after orders started. But that package just might be yours. I think it really depends on your agent if they will dive deeper.

Friendly piece of advice, DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE. All of the reps are full of **** whether they tell you good news or bad news. Just keep checking myorder or UPS MyChoice.
