Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

I don't know if I can trust that a District or Regional "Retail" Sales Manager can say for sure if Telesales or Web Orders fall into this category. I'm going to wait until 9/30. If by then I do not receive a tracking email, then the status of my order shall read canceled. By then there should be some supply elsewhere.

LOL, sorry, I should rephrase that, I received both phones I ordered on 09/09, last night at 7:30pm central via UPS.
I ordered The IPhone 7 Plus 32GB Matte Black. 9/10 at 2pm EST. has anyone seen or gotten there 32GB Matte Black? I've been hearing concerns about the 228GB, but nothing about the 7+ 32GB Matte Black. Hopefully some movement this week. As of now it just says by 9/30
I pre-ordered on 9/9 in store at around 2pm. This was after I had to wait all morning to pre order because my local sprint store was having issues.
They told me that I should have the phone on 9/16. I ordered two 32 gb 7+ one in matte black and one in rose gold. Called yesterday to see what the deal was, was told that they didn't get ANY 7+ delivered. I said ok any idea when they would be expecting them? After being on hold she came back and told me the 2nd week of October. I was pretty surprised because that sounds like what the ship time would be if I ordered yesterday. I asked if that was the estimate for people who pre-ordered. She goes OH no if you pre ordered you will get it earlier.
Needless to say they obviously are clueless about what's going on. This is my first pre-order with sprint, last year when I switched the Iphone 6s had been out for like 3 weeks.

Next year I might just switch to the IUP so i can order directly from apple.com...the fact that sprint hasnt even shipped one JB 7+ yet is pretty frustrating, not to even mention how much of a mess sprint.com is during preorders
My exact same phone and I got the exact same automated response. Translation: "We at Sprint only have a vague idea of when it will ship and are completely at the mercy of what Apple happens to send us."
From the looks of it, don't expect any movement/change in status until tomorrow morning.

That is the phone I am waiting on. I have seen zero movement but maybe something will show up next week. There are like 10 planes on route to Louisville right now
Yeah there is and all sprint had to tell us was that they wouldn't be available on release day. I know that would have solved some issues for me but yet sprint went and put horrible dates on things and now everyone is fired up
Same here. I still don't understand how I can order the phone BEFORE it goes on sale and not get it at launch.
Its apple not supplying enough of the plus models bc they thought the regular 7 would sell better as the 6 and 6s did
From what I've was told by Sprint they didn't just fail to supply enough. They failed to supply ANY Jet Black 256GB Plus models.
That's not a launch.
Yeah I read this is the first time the Plus is out selling the regular.
