Pre-ordering from T-Mobile.com

Want it faster it seems the consensus is calling in on pre-order night for JumponDemand and ordering that way versus waiting a week later for online.

Just sharing as this will be my first iPhone launch as a TMobile member after many years at ATT.

Wish it was easier as the apple app store has consistently been my go to.

So how soon will we get details for upgrading on T-Mobile?

They have a pre-register link on their front page right now. I am already a member so didn't hurt signing up for it.

Jump On Demand customer only have the option of upgrading over the phone or in-store (for any devices... not just iPhone).

Regular Jump customers, or customers with 100% satisfied EIP's can upgrade online.

Just want to make sure again.. I have some balance remaining on my EIP for my 6+, so if I pay it off today online, I can preorder the 7 online on Friday?

I'm really not sure what I'll do... I have a balance on my EIP but I had upgraded previously with a balance on my EIP without issues. I don't have jump or jump on demand as far as I'm aware.

Should I just bank on being able to upgrade online with an EIP?

I've done the same before too, i upgraded to the iPhone 6s plus when it came out and i currently had a balance on iphone 6 at that time. I paid it off afterwards when i sold it, but it wasn't a problem. I think it's also based on what your limit is with T mobile, they provided you with a credit limit for EIP when you first sign up.

Hmm... honestly I don't remember ever getting a certain credit allowance... I may have to inquire about this, thanks for the input. Hopefully I wont' have to call in since I don't have JOD and can just do it online.

Of course man, anytime. Same with me, since I'm not on JOD, I can just order it online from the website.

I talked to a t-mobile rep this afternoon and she told me to be ready to preorder online at midnight tomorrow and I have JoD on 5 of my 6 lines. We walked through the process twice just so I knew exactly what to expect. She was very helpful... I just hope she was correct.

Are they able to take orders over the phone at midnight? is it easier to do online or over the phone?

Are you saying midnight Charleston time or Pacfic time? Was planning on waking up for a 3:00AM ordering time.
