Are you one of the lucky ones from Highcross (4m), Bullring (4m) or Chapelfield (14m) then?
Also just when I thought I'd finally figured out the reservation situation, today when those 3 stores got their jet black stock it didn't let you order it and pay upfront, only via iPP. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Re paying upfront - I'm hoping to do that but reserved via the upgrade programme. The FAQ clearly states you can choose another purchase option so I'm not worried.
By the way, it's probably me being thick, but what is 4m and 14m?
I've said this elsewhere before, but there's no point in "expediting" your pre orders. All pre orders are shipped using a next day service and you won't get anymore than that. If people are paying for their status to change by a few days, then good on Apple for getting some extra cash in. I bet they'd all be getting their phone on those updates dates even if they didn't pay...In the 7+ Jet date change thread people are calling Apple and asking for expedited shipping.. And they are getting it!

The Chapelfield one here. 128 GB Jet Black ordered, and paid for in-store pickup. Your Availability Table is the best tool ever made for iPhone preorders, cheers mate!

The 4m and 14m is how long it took before those phones were unavailable again this morning. Realistically, it probably means there was only 1 or 2 of each available given that I can't imagine all that many people are online checking at 6:46am each morning!

Clearly not lucky enough. I'm still trying to get a Black 7 Plus from Highcross but they have no stock! They added more stock yesterday but not the config I wanted. No changes between 6 and 7 this morning!
Your availability shows that Highcross has gotten absolutely no iPhone 7 Plus 32GB Black stock. This makes me hella sad.

Well full disclosure for your data: I actually reserved two Jet Blacks. One for me, one for my partner. So at least two available! Had some issues so there was about a 3 minute gap between me reserving the two phones.
Haven't had any confirmation by email which is concerning. But showing in the Apple Store app.

I guess the iPP stock data just takes a minute or two to catch up once an paid reservation order has been placed, which is why it wouldn't let me see it when I checked

Also, now we've got more confirmation stock is shared, I wonder if tomorrow we'll see a bigger number come back into stock, as people were told they had until today to fix their payment issues, so we could end up with more cancelled orders?

By 'stock is shared' do you mean that every Apple Store is going to show the same availability but phones will get dispatched to different locations depending where the reservations were made? Cause I am seeing different configurations of availability for different stores.
Where does the FAQ state you can pay by another option if reserved by iUP? I don't see it in the FAQ's here -

I got some QC25 too but I sent them back because they were clearly not worth what I paid. The noice cancelling is amazing but I knew I could get far better sound quality somewhere else. Looking at the B&O H6 II now.
They need to change this system for next year. It's not fair the IUP customers lose out because they don't have an exclusive stock allocation (which should have an early bird guarantee on it, or just be an automated reservation damn it) or that people are able to make IUP reservations and then go and buy them full price.
Exactly the same situation as you . Same dates and nothing showing on my HSBC. Apple has said that they've taken £1.
I couldn't agree more that the system needs to be improved, but why do iUP customers deserve special stock?

My Orzly Flexicase arrived yesterday (gotta love same-day shipping) and it looks fine, no branding on it which is unusual.
Anyway, now I am having a flip-flop mind about wanting the Plus and then wondering if it's too big. I have grown accustomed to using my phone with one hand, which I don't think will be possible with the Plus.
I keep telling myself I want the bigger screen and better camera, and that I will adjust....
