Same for me as well, I have ordered 2 x 7 Plus 256GB Black, which will get delivered on Sat 17th.
I am keeping both of mine and not concerned about if it locks to the first sim I put in it, as in 12 months time if I move to another carrier, I will pay the ~£10 if required to unlock it, which it wont anyway.
Just accept the delivery and be happy

Are able to choose a time slot to pick up a reserved iPhone this year? "Designated time" sounds like Apple give you a time, rather than you choosing your own time? Or is it still like last year when you choose a certain time frame?

You pick a 15 minute slot just like last year, no matter which reservation method you pick.
A 128gb 7 in matte black and a 128gb 7 Plus in silver - total came to a little over £1,500. I did think it was odd because I've not seen many on this thread getting calls.
Is your availability tracker live...? So seems that some stock is being made available approx 6.46 every day? So if I check your tracker that time each day it will be up to date? Beats checking all the stores manually obviously!
Not that much but some carriers charge and you need to go through the hassle of unlocking if you want the best resale/trade in price. Am getting £405 (+5%) from Envirfone for my unlocked 6s 128gb. If it was locked to EE, Orange, T-Mobile or VOdafone I'd get only £340. O2, Three and Tesco I'd get £390. Virgin is a horrendous £275!!!!!!
KRCS looks almost like a fake site- am sure it not but its pretty basic. Anyway I don't think the 3-7 days is a message for the iPHone I think it is their standard delivery quote (same on say an iPad Air. If you look to the the top of the description for each iPhone it states Limited stock available from September 16th. Your order will be updated with stock availability information as we have it.
No - and I don't think they mean you get the phone in 3-7 days - see my comment above.

It's delayed up to 60 seconds, or less at times where interesting things happen (like 6:46am!)

Been charged at 8:30 this Morning for in stock pickup. Though still on processing. And not showing in support profile yet. Any ideas on how long it takes to change to preparing to dispatch anyone?
Nah I'm not expecting Friday at all. I'll be happy with end of September to be honest. Wish I'd gone with a matte black now to be honest but will get my Jet Black and see how I feel. You know as soon as we get our phones they'll become easy to get as that's always the case
We're not sure what's going to happen here yet, but I don't think it'll show up in your profile before you pick it up, and it might not even ship, it might just change straight to "ready for collection".
