Just had minor panic. Ordered 7 Plus 128 in gold, in support console and delivery for friday....Then get an email from Apple saying my delivery has been delayed by one business day!

...was for my leather case and dock. Phew!

Me too oh well guess as my phone is weeks away they're probably giving the case and dock to someone else

Thought I would share my experience. I ordered the Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus 256GB. Got email confirmation at 8:04am and the email stated the iPhone delivers 26 Sept - 3 Oct. I live in Manchester BTW. My status still hasn't changed from processing. Wondering if anyone else also ordered the same and has had any changes to status?

I've got the same delivery window, Jet Black 128 GB Plus to Manchester. Not had it move since I ordered, think it was 8:02ish

So I tried to cancel my very order but they are saying to too late even though I did it Saturday.
So the question is, is it that much of a nightmare to have a phone which locks to the first sim and getting it unlocked?

yeah they have I went into my local apple shop that over the years always had amazing over night que and first come get them but they have stopped it all and only for pre orders so unless you have it for 16th which a lot don't no where in the uk can you make a line and get one, its annoying cos they have been doing that since day one but now stopped

If your ordering it from very.co.uk then it will be sim free and not lock to the first sim you put in it

I'm pretty sure if you put a tesco sim card in it'll lock to Tesco.

Doesn't it have to lock to o2 in the first place in order for them to unlock it?

Its if it locks O2 does it for free, i was on contract for 2 years and in may i unlocked it so i could get a bit more money for it

If you get it direct from Apple it will not lock to the first Sim. If it's not from Apple it will lock... and no it's not easy Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone.
