I took this picture at a French Apple Store.

As you can see - phones under glass.

If having a bestskinever on will they still fit I a sleeve/slip case? Would they still fit in an Apple silicone case? Sometimes like different colour with the case on.

How many times do I need to say not to rule it out :p The easier option may be just not to have the jet black on display at all.

Let's be honest, if they had th jet black out, th first thing you'd do is check the back for scratches lol. It will be in their best interest to keep it restricted to just display boxes.

That is so true, in fact I was going to visit the Apple Store just to have a look at the jet! If they do lock it away in a box people will get suspicious. Maybe they will play it like an exclusive product and only allow 'try on' appointments like they do with the watch?

I guess we have to have all appointments to look at all phones.

You're fine. I'm in the same boat. I contacted Apple chat to check my payment was taken, and they confirmed my order was proceeding normally.
 
Anyone noticed how all the reviews seem to have an iP7 Jet Black and iP7+ Black?

No Jet Black 7 Pluses... must be in very short supply, to the extent that Apple doesn't even want reviewers to have them.

I really hope they don't! My guess is you're correct, probably just for the review units. I'd hope they come in a carrying case like the old ones but time will tell :)

And like Apple Watch at Selfridges, they now sell iPhones and iPads too.

Ahh okay, I've only been there once, and that was a fairly long time ago back when the watch was new. Makes sense for them to sell the phones since you need it for the watch to work!

One of the problems with such a fast-moving thread - it ends up becoming the same information on repeat! :p

I'm heading there on Friday, hopefully to bag a ceramic Apple Watch! I feel like such a plebeian in the "Wonder Room" though! :D

I need to go to Selfidges and take a look! I know the Apple Watch at Lafayette was amazing and I can only imagine the one at Selfidges is just as good! :D and the Wonder Room sounds so fancy! :D
