Sorry if this has already been covered but did anyone pre-order from EE?

I was the first on in to the Glasgow Silverburn store on Friday and they're now telling me 5-6 weeks for my two 7+.

It depends what you have ordered and what part of the country you are in. UK Mail and DPD normally give a time window. UPS is normally an all day thing. DPD have a new App thats good at letting you select alternative delivery address and updates and you can register for my choice UPS thing for text updates....
iPhone 7 (Pink) 21st -23rd Sept
If I'm out im out just hope the courier isn't a nightmare to get a hold of if the case

I have found out today from the main UK Apple distributors through our reseller, that the jet black iPhone 7 pluses are in constraint and none are being available to non carrier partners until early October as an early indication but subject to change...

other 7pluses are not yet showing in the channel, and only normal 7's with a delivery window of late next week..

Lots of Enterprises unhappy as quite a few mobile fleet renewals at this time...

My Very order has now changed on the order page to "Delivery by Saturday 5th November 2016"

****s.

YAY! - mine just updated to 8th October, so I'm now in an online chat with 'David'.

Was always too good to be true, but worth a punt for the sport. Any feedback to pass along folks? ;)

Just cancelled Very order for 7+ 128GB in black (now just have a Sept 27-29 delivery with Apple left). The guy on the phone first told me refund takes up to 21 days to come through. I asked him why and he then said because "10-21 days is the company police". Then I asked him to clarify and he then said "up to" 10 to 21 days, which I told him made no sense. He then went silent and I asked him why he stopped talking and his response was "What do you want me to say?". Now on hold for a "manager". Can't say I'm surprised that this is how it played out with Very.

Update (5 mins later): Manager is going to call me back. Customer service rep finally settled on "upto 21 days for refund". Totally unacceptable.

No email from Very yet.

It still says "Delivery by Saturday 17 September (Delivery date checked on 13/09/2016)" and when I track it it says

"Order being processed at supplier
12 September, 2016
12:38:07"
Yup and the supplier is ...... Apple and they have no phones!

Ordered with very, same email as everyone else lucky my two orders with apple are due for collection Friday.

Hello

Just wanted to ask those with past experience with ordering from Apple directly. When the delivery window is set at 4 to 10 October, do they usually deliver on the earlier dates or will likely wait until the last few quoted delivery dates?

Ordered a 256GB iPhone Plus in Black.

I see three.co.uk still have launch day stock for the jet black. 2 year contract. I'm currently on 3 but it would cost me a couple of hundred more over 24 months than buying the 256gb outright.

Bloody Very!!!

Live chat told me 2-3 days at most. I don't think anyone for the company has a clue

I have the same date but I am not sure with the way things are going this year that I would put much money on them turning up early.

So after much thought and deliberation I decided perhaps 'Jet Black' was the wrong choice for someone with my apple OCD nature

Had a quick chat with apple support and had my initial order canceled

Have now placed a new order for the matte black option, hopefully negating the requirement for magic skittles and a jacket to hug myself with should I have encountered any of apples elusive 'fine micro-abrasions'

On the upside my delivery time has now moved from 27 Sep - 3 Oct to 23 Sep - 27 Sep (my assumption being this is down to the high demand for its glossy sibling)

Thanks for all the advice, much appreciated

Just to reaffirm my previous post, new orders for black 7+ models are still 2-3 weeks. Unless everyone has given up ordering, there must be a big delivery coming!
