Can you tell me how you find this info on the website? I just have the parcel journey. Can't find where you have a slot etc?

Go to https://www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery

Put in the consignment number they text you and post code.

When I do that I get a slot but not a delivery number.

EDIT: And my slot starts in two minutes lol!

Just spoke to John Lewis on the phone... they have 7's in stock in matte and JB. No 7+ at all. I wonder if Apple took their allocation back?

i think the text is just a standard time frame, the website tracks the van giving a more live realistic time window

Mmm. Not certain. It's the same starting time for both slots, probably just covering their behinds with the text, should it take longer...

For those lucky enough to receive iPhone today; you will need to update to iOS 10.0.1. It ships with iOS 10.

Home Button seems weird at first but won't take much getting used to.

Gone is the travel case for the EarPods too. Doesn't bother me TBH as I could never wrap them back up the same LOL!

Don't know if it's any consolation but when I ordered my Apple Watch it was a 4 week estimated delivery and I got mine within a week didn't order it on launch about a month later. When I spoke to apple today they said that as soon as stock comes in to fulfil orders they would be send out. To put it in her words "Apple loves to surprise its customers"

Mine had a 40 minute gap between it saying out for delivery and me receiving a text with my time slot, so give it a few, it'll show...

Well, I have my new 7 (black 128GB).

Just picked it up from Braehead Glasgow store. No queue to speak of at 8am. Wasn't due to collect until 8:30, but was taken early and back out the door by 8:20.

Asked several members of staff about walk-ins, and the answer was no, today is reservations only, zero walk ins for sale.

But I have seen DPD leave depot quite late in the day and still get to me fairly early.
They have it under control!

My thoughts exactly. Go with the by 13.18 and if it's not there. CALL THEM!
