It's not my reaction times. It's the internet connection!!! I won't deny I'm on 4G in a premier inn in Leeds right now but still even on fibre if the site is overloaded and doesn't load what can you do? Nothing.

I'll still be picking up a rose gold plus tonight and hopefully my black will arrive beginning of next week.

Figured out the UK Mail site, I'm delivery 58 and my driver is heading to delivery number 1.

I thought I was the only on floating the UK Mail boat this morning!
I'm number 7!! Can't believe how long it takes to do 6 deliveries though!

I guessed that at bang on 8am the "Add to Basket" would appear and it did. I already logged into the site, cleared my basket added a dummy item and almost completed so I knew the processes, cleared again and kept hitting refresh until I could add it. Added it, checked out within 20 seconds.

Morning all, very excited this morning about going to collect my shinny new IPhone. I have been living with a broken screen for the past year. With all this pouring rain I'm very glad my Apple store is in a shopping mall, wouldn't fancy standing out in the rain

Also had text from UK Mail saying later than the website says, site says between 10.18 and 11.18am over 40 stops till me. :-(. But I guess that's better than it showing up at 6pm.

Mine got to Swindon depot at 7:29am this morning... How long is it gonna be to load it up on the van?!!!

Same issue. Asked me to input them again despite being logged in and having the details saved on my account. Rubbish!

I haven't received a text message but the website gives me a 1hr slot.

Can you tell me how you find this info on the website? I just have the parcel journey. Can't find where you have a slot etc?

Depends how many iPhones they have!
But I have seen DPD leave depot quite late in the day and still get to me fairly early.
They have it under control!

i think the text is just a standard time frame, the website tracks the van giving a more live realistic time window

Put in the consignment number they text you and post code.
