iPhone 7/7+ - UK Orders & Dispatches Thread

So they say that good things happen all at once.........

My 7 Plus 128GB Black, 20-22 Sept, just changed to PFD and payment taken

At the same time I just happened to check John Lewis and they were showing as having 5 Jet Black 128GB pluses in stock for pickup tomorrow.... so I snapped one of those up. They are all gone now but looks like stock is trickling through!

I actually went to John lewis at the Trafford Centre this morning in the hope they would have stock - but had no luck with that.......... but I did see the Jet Black and regretted not choosing that colour (it really is awesome).

I just hope some mistake hasn't been made meaning the JL order isn't fulfilled!

I tried going through chat the first time (for apple watch payment) but they said on there that I had to phone to sort it out as they can't take payment details on the online chat!

I had a little Ruby script checking the apple store every 5 mins and between the above times (BST) it changed! Yay!

FYI, I ordered using Apple Pay within 30-45 seconds of the Apple Store app coming to life on preorder day and have a confirmation email at 08:04am

I'll let you know if/when it changes status again.

If you don't mind me asking, what Uni are you going to? The 24th is quite late to move in!

Is it about that? I see they've taken the money out of my account, so maybe it's fine?!

Exactly the same as me mate for the Apple Watch. Basically the Apple Pay payment was somehow blocking all other attempts at paying (I tried two separate cards!) so I phoned Apple, they removed the Apple Pay payment device attempt and gave them card details over the phone. Sorted!

Changed to preparing for dispatch and payment taken yesterday but has been listed as 26th-3rd since 8:04am pre order day.

Just a heads up everyone. Don't ignore John Lewis website. The had 5 JB 128 + a few mins ago. Just accidentally bagged two of them (one of which I'll be canceling) One is being delivered to a local Waitrose tomorrow and the other was from a collect plus point for Monday.

Now to start the process of cancelling the other pre orders I've got pending

I got one of them also!!!!!

I'm not cancelling anything though until I actually have it in my hands. Still can't quite believe it!!!
 
Whooop! Like many of you with your updated orders I'm on the move!!

Matte Black 7 Plus, 256gb is "preparing for dispatch' The money is gone from my Natwest account :)

Still says 20-22nd but I'm hopeful it'll be sooner, fingers crossed for Monday

Poop. Tried at 8am this morning and got nothing! Set up an email alert and got nothing. I actually refreshed the page 5 mins back and nothing. Lucky guy!

No charges made but my iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Black is now also 'preparing for dispatch'.

Coming from China, or just too late in the UK for Friday delivery, meaning Monday it is?

EDIT: Charge was made, but I couldn't find out via banking app or Apple Pay wallet, instead found out via Spendlytics app.

Haha, yeah it is! Most of my friends are moving this weekend but some are moving even later than me! I'm going to Keele University to study Computer Science and Geography :)
