So I have finally managed to snag a 128GB 7+ for collection at Lakeside this evening.

Decided to let my pre order for Jet Black (4/10 -11/10 delivery) go. I don't think my OCD will cope with it and it will be in a case anyway.
 
Just finished with my Genius Bar appointment at Highcross. I asked about 7 Plus stock and deliveries. The guy looked a bit shifty and looked at his colleague (maybe I'm reading into that) and then said they get deliveries, "all the time." And then the only thing they could suggest is just keep looking and checking.

I've got the Pushbullet thing now so I should be told the second they get stock.

I'm fine though cause I was in there as my iPad mini 4 screen had light leaking. Walked away with a replacement. Love the guys in there! Always a pleasure to deal with.

All the best man, I got a 1400 White city appointment for today but there was no way I was gonna make that as I work till 4pm and taking half day annual leave is a bit extreme. Anyway one of those Apple Executives called me and rang the store who have agreed to bump my reservation to 1700

I joked about throwing in a free case and they said they will look into it once this fiasco is over.
