Envriofone just honoured their quote of £475 for my iPhone 6s+ 128GB. No horror stories about cracks/dents and reduction of price here. I did wrap it up in bubblewrap to the extent that it was almost the size of an iPad mini. Used Royal mail special delivery £7.25 which covers loss/damage up to £500
Just need to sell the unused earpods for probably £15 and call up Apple to get a pro rata refund on the remaining 12 month Apple Care +

Asked when I could send and to email an image of th PO tracking receipt and they would honour the price and 5% addition. Good bunch.Did you have to use the 7-day extension they offered? It makes perfect sense that you would have to inspect it in person, don't you think? The programme has just been introduced in the UK, so you would imagine that it would have to be in a decent condition in 11 months time for when you go to leave it in.The online rep could not tell me if there are any conditions on what condition Apple expect the iPhone to be in upon hading it in, 11 months down the line for my upgrade! They kept saying I need to ask in store. Anyone here know. Online chat is crap, Ive had this before with them, they tell me to phone up or go in store. Surely i'm speaking with someone from Apple who knows the products that they offer.
