After a really long week of searching for a Jet Black 7, my quest is now over. I finally managed to order and reserve a JB 7 128GB at Southampton Apple Store at 10am this morning after just about giving up hope for the weekend with no stock anywhere at 8am this morning. I have to say I am so thrilled to finally nail one. Sounds sad but nothing quite like picking it up and overhearing other people in the Apple Store muttering "OMG he's got a Jet Black phone".

That's insane, I didn't know CEX beat quotes. I just saw Grade B for £225 and went to CPW instead. Though I also lost my charger and cable so I didn't need to give that in either.Went in to trade my iPhone 6 64gb unlocked b grade offered £280, but they had run out of cash. Took the quote to CEX who beat it by 5%
Never had a problem with Very. Got my previous iPhone with them and my MacBook. But this is the first time I've preordered. Was just wondering how everyone else who ordered with them has gone on with it
I'm hoping so. Delivery is by DHL and their International Express thing is next possible working day. They have all of tomorrow to get it into the UK before being delivered on Monday so it's looking good so far.
My tracking on the Apple website now has the status of "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule".
I've wanted a JB plus since launch but gave in the other morning and reserved a 7+ in MB. Will be keeping an eye on my stores stock for the next week or so to see if I can bag myself a JB and return my MB for it!
What I find more funny is that Daily Mail actually thought most of those comments were real.

Did you have a 4-10th (2-3 week dispatch) window? Or was it the earlier one?
I know a lot of the people who had the 1-2 week wait originally got their rates bought forward last weekend and got their phones early

It took about 4 days from China to UK for delivery. I can see it didn't move for me on a Sunday.
I'm pretty sure there was a page I put my imei in and had to then turn off find my iPhone to get it to find it
Picked up my wife's iPhone 7 128GB black. Traded both our 6s plus 64GB in to carphone warehouse for £390 each. Easily covered the cost of her new phone. Now I just got to keep an eye out for a jet black plus 128GB. The specialist that put the transaction through at Apple had one. He even showed me it. I was amazed. He said a few had popped up over the past week.
I'm hoping that they are all collected tonight and air overnighted into the uk and sorted tomorrow so they can be out for delivery Monday/Tuesday depending how far away you are from the depot
