iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Pre-Order Shipping Estimates Begin Slipping

Same for me. Definitely entered the correct password, and now got locked out for an hour from ordering!

I believe you can, I was under the impression that I just order like last year and turn my old phone in after the new one shows up, apparently I've made 11 payments, 12 lets you upgrade. Had I just known this yesterday!
 
At 11:30am UK time, the iPhone 7 Plus in (matte) Black, still shows Ships in 2-3 weeks, with the 256GB variant being delivers 27-29 Sep

Given some are reporting it as being November, you have to wonder how accurate the estimates really are, or if it is country/carrier limitations
 
In the UK here. Didn't wake up till 10. Hung over. haha!

Everything sold out except the black 256GB. So, I bought 2 of them (one for wife).

Estimated delivery, the 26th of Sept. Shipping 6-8 days.

Don't see why it takes 10 days to to arrive after shipping!!! I expect it will in fact arrive around the 20th.

In the past I've always gotten 64GB iPhones and have never used all the space, so the 256GB is ridiculous. But as I'm getting a Plus this time, perhaps I'll be more likely to use all that space!

What do people with the 256GB plan to put on their phones?

Load my entire 113GB iTunes music library on it, then the rest for taking Video and apps
 
Interestingly, my AT&T order says my order time was 2:58am eastern time. I received a popup saying I was in a que at about 11:55pm pacific, then about 2 minutes to order...still got a 9-23 shipping date and I finished my order 2 minutes before the sight even offered the product (7+ Matte Black 256). Weird. Some models were sold out by the time the store opened out here in SoCal.
 
Total artificial nonsense. Now that Apple won't release the iPhone sales on launch week, it's totally opaque as to exactly what the demand really is for this phone.

It is mostly Apple covering themselves. They don't want to tell someone ordering 4 hours after the presale begins that they will have their phone in 2-3 weeks when they don't know for sure that is likely. The number of complaining customer calls would be through the roof if they were even a day outside of that range. Instead they give an extremely distant delivery date so they don't have to field all those calls and they just ship the phone early and everyone ends up happy.

So I totally forgot to use one of my giftcards. Anyone know if it's possible to edit the payment method to use a giftcard?

Yea it is dumb that you can't order a new phone and turn in your phone will you receive the new one. I just signed up for next 12(400 down). i plan on paying it off next august to sell and make more than just turning it in.
It is convenient to have but id rather make 200$ more selling it the old fashion way
 
I ordered as soon as it was possible (9:01 in Spain). Website was very slow. iPhone (non plus, jet black 128 gb) is on 1-2 weeks, watch on 6-8 days (never thought I'd order the golden one, but the black aluminum one contains nickel and I seemingly am quite allergic to it (never had problems with any other watch) and the normal aluminum one with the white band... to bright ;) ).
 
As predicted, the Jet Black will be insanely popular and it wouldn't shock me to see ship times slip all the way to 2017 by the end of the day!

In all seriousness, I ordered my AT&T 7+ 256GB (Jet Black) at about 5AM and my estimated delivery is 9/30 to 10/7.

There's still hope. :D
 
Took the upgrade program on a Gold 7. I figure this way, I'm all set for the 8 next year. I'm really looking forward to this upgrade. I think just the pure processing power of the iPhone 7 will be worth the upgrade.

Yea I hear ya, I think they should hold stock for those of us forced to wait until the 21st to order, I paid for ATT next 12 and I'm getting screwed. If the jet black phone is truly in limited supplies like some are saying, it could be well into the new year before everyone blocked until the 21st gets their phones.

Isn't your last payment for next 12 in august so isnt it technically paid off so you just upgrade? Or do they force you to turn in the phone the same day you receive the new one?

I thought it was, but I think I just missed the deadline, says I've made 11 payments. I think they give you like 3-4 weeks to turn in the old one if I remember correctly. I really didn't want to have to camp out overnight next week not knowing if that will even ensure I get one, but I guess I'll have to now. If I wait 2-4 months to actually get the 7, it'll screw me out of getting the 7s or 8 on time next year.

ill sell you my black or jet black 128 i ordered two. not sure which color i want yet. Good reminder for me next year is to check that the phone is paid off before launch

There are people starving all over the world, kids being bombarded in Syria,
terrorist attacks etc.etc.

Imagine that, these people don't want iPhones, just a better life or safety!

PLEASE LEARN HOW TO WAIT.
YOU LIVED YOUR ENTIRE LIFE WITHOUT THIS PHONE.

I promise Apple will make more and you will get yours in whatever configuration you want.

In the meantime enjoy your current iPhone or phone . They still work until you get the new one (Just a wild guess)
