This! I've got an AT&T line from my company and just want to pay in full for a new device myself, but I can't because the phone line isn't under my name. How stupid.

Don't worry, same **** happened to me and now i'm locked out for an hour after I reset my "billing" password with Verizon. Who the hell does that?!?! I'll be damned if I pay full price with a payment plan with Verizon. Screw you Verizon.

Same here tried to order at 3:10am and it already said Oct 12-18, I wasn't even planning to upgrade, but I bought into the hype with my cousins all getting the Jet Black one. I'll wait as well, I want to see how that finish looks in person first. Laggy Note 5.....I guess I'll have to use you for a few more months lol

To tell you the truth, I have been listening on wireless headphones for months now anyway. I am now conditioned to no cords ... maybe I should put the lightning headphones up on eBay and sell them for a premium! ;-P

Exact same ******** happened to me! Verizon said my password was incorrect, and locked me out for 60 minutes! Been on hold with the chat for the last 50 minutes. Complete ********. I was on the site at 11:30 waiting. Thank you Apple and Verizon for wasting my time.

Unless you were after a CDMA version? I assume Verizon and Sprint have the same eligibility requirements as AT&T but not sure as I didn't look at those.

Because I need teh CDMA model as the T-mobile only has GSM singles. It is also proven in the past that ALL LTE-BANDS Worldwide are found the CDMA models. So Sprint + Verizon is the international model.

This isn't my first rodeo.

It's stupid that if i'm buying a contract-free phone then i don't need anything to do with my carrier.

I know that hub well since I'm right outside Harrisburg, but on the upgrade program so no shipping for me :-( jealous of the jet black! lol
 
is there a way to pay in store so I can sell my iPhone towards the 7? or is there any way I can sell my iphone 6s and put it towards the 7?

I'd be pissed. I wonder when they plan on offering all the colors to upgrade program customers. They say you can upgrade every 12 months but they don't tell you that you won't get all the color options right away. Meanwhile they have no problem selling me the Jet Black 7 Plus to get me started up on the upgrade program. :rolleyes:

I'm not happy it happened to you, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who found that to be complete ********. I had no idea I had a "billing password" let alone what the hell it even is.

But T-mobile you can? Don't understand the logic behind this. IT's a full payment phone. It should have concerns from the carrier as it is not binded
 
Looking at the regular iPhone 7 and most still have a delivery date of the 16th. The jet black 256 even has the 16th.
