iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Pre-Order Shipping Estimates Begin Slipping

Yep same here. The jet black I don't think is even available for launch day minus the very very few lucky ones out there. But in my state I really don't think they "sold out" of the other colors. I think they were never even offered. I just want a silver and you can't tell me that a 7+ in silver even at the lowest capacity immediately sold out. No way. For us iPhone upgrade members we have to wait longer and apple knew we would and didn't bother telling us, but they hinted at it by saying oh check back on the 17th at 8am instead.

They both have the same LTE band support. Unfortunately Apple still has to support the abomination that is CDMA for fallback purposes on Verizon/Sprint.

I really think they do this on purpose. Only 1 time have i ever ordered 2 phones in under 10 minutes. That was for the 6s. Everything worked perfectly on there site. It was a miracle. Sadly, this time I had to try many different times and ways. I almost bought it thru Apple with the apple care just to get it done. Fortunately, I tried again thru AT&T, and it worked for some reason. It originally was working, then went to out of stock on everything. Then started working again. I think I paid off my phone a few times during the process :(

Whatever! Getting 1 rose and 1 jet-black (says october early for black, most likely will change). :)

I agree that this is a crappy practice but shouldn't the buyers be blamed as well? If they don't buy from these scalpers, then there's no market for them. It's a two-way problem, in my opinion, and I place just as much blame on the people that give into their impatience and pay the fool's tax.

Got iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Black Delivery: 3 Oct - 7 Oct (UK).

Kind of regret not getting Jet Black now - and November is ridiculous.
 
Finally at 12:08am (PST), Verizon's page did weird stuff like making re-login. However I did get my 128GB Jet Black with an October 5th delivery date. Which is also the date of my wedding anniversary...of my ex and myself. Yeaaaaaaaah.

It's really frustrating because the account is held by my company. I choose not to go through them because it would take months to get a new iphone so I preferred to pay with my own money - a new phone.

I'm going with no inventory to start with. This has happened with just about every iPhone release. You think they would of figured it out if it was in such high demand the would start mass production sooner.

Apple holds back production on purpose so it looks like it's in such high demand. Excellent PR.

If only there weren't the stupid people that pay double the price. But I guess if you live in a country where it won't be available for a few weeks, this is the only way to get it early.

You would probably regret the constant swirl marks and scratches your going to see over time. Matte Black was a good choice.

Hmm what's so bad about that, extra $350 in the pocket, so my upgrade to iPhone 7 is actually a profit after I sell my 6s. That's just a little way around.

Not sure why we are getting screwed. I joined the program to specifically upgrade every year. Not sure where to complain or if it's even worth it ...

Can we show up in line and wait?
