It only works if you ordered through apple... I'm guessing based on your order number and location code that you ordered through VZW...

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I don't think Apple changes their order number based on your region but that is 100% a guess.

It's not an issue. When the local UPS warehouse or Kentucky hub scans in all the packages they'll get an alert to slap on a delivery change label and once it gets to the destination it'll be put in a "Pick Up" cage instead of on a truck. They do this all the time.

My black 7+ is in Zhengzhou awaiting it's next flight. I'm thinking the next flight is in 3.5 hrs on China Southern Airlines at 9:30 am CST to Anchorage. I'm hoping for this flight as the next flight is via Incheon South Korea at 4:40 pm on China Southern Airlines.

There are going to be many airlines and cargo planes flying in the same path UPS takes.

China Souther Airlines is a passenger airline company.

I am pretty positive UPS only uses their own planes to ship their packages. (which makes me think maybe the delays from Apple is not manufacturing but transporting logistics.. UPS only has so many planes they could allocate to just Apple).

I am not trying to give you bad news, but if your package is in ZhengZhou then there are no UPS planes scheduled to fly to Korea > Alaska > Kentucky.. YET. It will come. Maybe tomorrow? Just rely on the date Apple has given you for the delivery date.

It's the same route Apple always goes.

It is but it has nothing to do with Apple. The packages originate in China, are usually flown to Korea (I assume because of customs reasons), then they go to Anchorage as their point of entry into the U.S. UPS' Worldport, which is their main hub and the hub that handles express shipments is in Louisville, Kentucky. All UPS express shipments will go through Louisville first. There are some exceptions like UPS Express Critical but that is beside the point. Apple has nothing to do with the route it takes once it's in the hands of UPS.

Spoke to T-Mobile executive response today. I had a case with them because an error on their part caused me to have to place my order 12 hours later than originally intended. Due to that, they bumped my order to priority and she assured me that I would get my 7 plus 128gb Black on Friday. She said that the orders will start shipping tomorrow and those of us who will get it on Friday will be getting emails starting tomorrow with tracking numbers.
