What worked for me as someone posted was using my order number which included the "W"and all the numbers except the last two. That worked for me. Others have said that what worked for them was putting in their Apple ID phone number, or your cell phone number, or even your address. You kind of have to try AllCan somebody explain to me how to do this ? I put my number in the reference box but nothing but old packages came up
Unless you ordered direct from Apple, you won't see any information in reference tracking. Carriers do not hand off your order information to UPS until they have enough inventory shipped from Apple to their warehouses to then hand off your order information back to UPS for on-time delivery. Apple sends your order information directly to UPS as soon as Apple confirms the order with the carriers and your credit card company. The carriers take an extra step that Apple doesn't have to since UPS handles their fulfillment from right after your confirmed order to the time the phone is delivered to your door. Can somebody explain to me how to do this ? Is that the T-Mobile plane ?2 planes right behind it about to land.
Now we'll sit there for the next 3 days.My tracking updated to Arrival Scan in KY. So looks like it was indeed on the UPS61 plane after they landed and unloaded to scan the cargo.

Unless you ordered from a carrier. I know ATT ships out of their Dallas warehouse, so any ATT order has to be shipped first to Dallas from Louisville.Doubt it. They will probably be loaded up in the morning on planes (unless your in KY will prob just go on trucks) to everyone's nearest airport than to the hub where it will sit until Friday.
There is a link posted earlier in the thread that tracks UPS planes from Foxconn to Louisville.how do you guys even find the planes?![]()

Click the "reference search" tab and try inputting your phone number. Many who purchased through Apple have seen tracking and location data this way.the Serial# mentioned in my apple profile doesn't show up as valid @ the chipmunk site.

At least you know there is a phone ready for you most likely on launch day. Congrats.I found it by phone number but its still sitting in China.

That you will have to ask someone else. I do not know.Scheduled Delivery:
Friday, 09/16/2016, By End of Day
Last Location:
Arrived - ZhengZhou, China, Sunday, 09/11/2016
how can I find out what plane?

I think you have to wait until it actually departs ZhengZhou.
Anyone else see this... My wife's phone is now in Louisville, KY and was shipped according to the UPS scan an hour prior to mine on 9/11; however, my phone shows it is still in ZhengZhou, CN and hasn't moved yet from there. Not too concerned yet since UPS is still showing 9/16 but the UPS App version of tracking shows "Exception". Both have shown in my support profile since late Saturday.
I'm having flashbacks to the Apple Watch where her's came on launch day and mine (me being the Apple nut) came the middle of the following week.
I figured that but was seeing people reporting theres were already in Kentucky and my delivery date is 9/16.
You are lucky... Mine doesn't open until 1PM but it beats the time range of my UPS driver on average by 4 hours.Same here. Just set mine to the CC a few minutes ago. Oddly, my CC doesn't open until 10. Lazy bums!![]()
