Cheers mate! I forgot my passport (only have a driving license with me) so will need to wait until tomorrow.
I want to trade in my 6 and pay the difference.

Do you need a passport to trade-in an iPhone?

Their website just says "Offer only available on presentation of a valid form of identity." Sounds like a driving licence would work..?

When I traded in my GFs Samsung S6 towards an iPhone 6S they never even asked for ID.

I asked at the Apple store at Meadowhall yesterday if I could trade in both my wife’s and my phone or if we both needed to be there. They said I could do both with a form of ID (so passport, driving licence, or something similar) and be able to sign the phone out of iCloud.

Oh dear, I could have driven over to Leeds and picked it up! Aw well, later in the week I'll finally pick up my SE. Thanks for the info gents.

Has anyone seen any 64GB SEs in stock anywhere in London this week? I've been refreshing the availability over the past 7 days to no avail.

It would be great to know what time of day the shipments are usually delivered to the stores, and when those updates in supply are reflected in the online store.

Don't quote me on this but I think stock availability is usually refreshed around 6 A.M.

Well on the 20th April loads of stores around the London areas got stock of the 64gb SG.

I was alerted by someone on here and it seems the stock availability updates are very precise, stock was becoming available throughout the morning. I was waiting for one at Stratford westfield and nothing became available until about 10.30am in that store, most likely a courier delivery on the last run of the morning.

So it depends what time the courier arrives at the stores.
[doublepost=1461837032][/doublepost]In stock for store pickup in loads of London stores and i presume further afield IPHONE SE 64GB SG!!

FYI anyone who wants to buy one in London: they've come into stock today, about 30 minutes ago.

Seems to be vaguely in line with shop opening times.

Has anyone tried buying it in-store at a Carphone Warehouse? I tried buying sim-only in store and they told me that I have to take a contract out. :(

You dont have to take a contract, you must have spoken to a wrong person. Yes, you can buy a sim free phones from CPW but at the moment they have a long waiting lists as they dont have any in stock, only contract phones.

[doublepost=1462097659][/doublepost]I'm assuming Apple stores never get deliveries on a Sun & Bank Holidays ?

Considering switching from a 6S + Only reason I went with the bigger phone is for the battery. If the SE really does have comparable battery performance (?) then I think I'd take the portability of the SE. Not fussed about screen size as I've got iPads.

thanks for that, that's what I thought as well, and I double checked by calling CPW customer service who have told me that I can but in store. But when I go to the store near my place, on 3 different occasions from 3 different people, I've been told that I need to take it out on a contract. Decided to just wait until monday and head down to an Apple store and try my luck

Yeah I was there this morning, nothing in stock and apparently they don't get deliveries Mondays and Sundays. The guy said Friday and Thursdays are good days though

This Friday could be our SE day. :)

I've been checking this last week, but not bitten the bullet yet, however Apple Stores had stock* Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (30th) last week. Nothing on Wednesday and pretty sure nothing on Friday.

*Space Grey 64gb - only one I've been checking as only one I'd consider buying.
