You'd be surprised how easy it is to locate yourself on WhitePages using only your city and full name.

Yeah, seriously. People have a strange definition of what's considered theft these days.

But officer I didn't do anything, the stupid guy was throwing his face at my fist until he fall down, then he threw his wallet and iPhone 4 at my nose.

I looked at OP's Facebook and he either a) deleted her as a friend or b) is making up this entire story.

A lot of the time if you add someone as a friend the other person can see a lot of your information without adding you back. According to the OP's story, she added him, but he doesn't necessarily need to add her back to see her info.
