iPhone X and iPhone 8 Plus to Feature 3GB RAM, iPhone 8 to Have 2GB

2018 iPhone XS will have an XSessive amount of ram to satisfy every excessive nerd...for now 3gb will suffice
To be fair, the products haven't been announced other than from leaks. I think ifixit guys or someone who would tear the phone down to see inside should reveal those specs.
I'm sure if every model had 2 GB ram ...the people here would still purchase it. Not ashamed to say.....
I don't think Apple intentionally leaked anything. A lot of what you're saying might have been accidental or inadvertent, then was ripped apart by developers. This company is secretive as they are, I can't imagine they would allow this many intentional leaks in a short amount of time, which might be some of the biggest leaks we have ever seen for any iPhone. Furthermore, Apple is all about security and confidentiality, I don't believe this company ever intended the majority of those leaks to be surfaced within a few short days of the keynote.

It’s not all about the ram, it’s how the operating system and Apple’s chip, brains of the operation, runs everything together. It’s always “magical” lol.

Yes, the most advanced 3D face detection and AR capabilities of any device shipping in any volume. Again, why do you imagine this implies 4Gb of RAM vs 3Gb?
When someone sees X, you are thinking it would have that extra something or that XFactor that makes you amazed. Its just a letter but it's more mysterious. Behind that mystery, you expect something more. Just saying......and I said "at least 4 GB ram".
At this point, the best thing Apple can do for the iPhone X is have ProMotion as a feature otherwise it's not that special compared to what's out their on the market. Im not thinking about that 10th anniversary crap and yes I know X stands for 10.

Honestly, what are the features that would make me purchase the 8 or 8+? Aren't they really just the 7 and 7+ with a new name?

Promotion or no Promotion even the incremental 7s (or whatever they will be called) will own the Note 8 with 1/3 to 1/2 of the RAM. The 7+ already does without the new SOC. The 8 will completely obliterate it.
Maybe the $1000 would imply.
What will it imply? The Note 8 is outperformed by last year’s iphone. Cost =/= Value
Sorry but I'm right and the Note 8 is amazing. You know it too. If you are spending 1000.00 on a phone you better give your all. Note 8 has everything going for it even if you disagree with the features, performance which is negligible comparing two different operating systems, hardware design, and software. They deserve every penny.

Back in the days it had constant safari reloads and now its slower than a 5. This is just 3 years for a $900 phone.

Yes the distorted screen, fingerprint scanner that’s next to the lens and can’t be comfortably reached, performance worse than last year’s iphone is truly a triumph. 5 stars. Would mock again.
All we need to know now is the price, everything else has been leaked.

Is your contention that 3 years ago iphone performs worse than the Samsung’s best this year? I would certainly hope so. Shame 2 years ago’s iphone is comparable, last year’s is better and this years will completely dominate it.
