iPhone X - AT&T activation time

Cannot remember, have not got my X yet as its on the truck----but does it come with a SIM card and we just use that or do I take the one out of my 7 and use?

Comes with SIM.

I'm in the same boat with Verizon taking forever. And it will only get worse as the West Coast gets their phones .... I guess I'll have to do it in the middle of the night if it doesn't connect in a reasonable amount of time today.

I got that message twice on the first screen but then it recognized my phone number and has been on that screen since...

Just got my phone and I am dealing with the same issue.

connecting to itunes does nothing for me - my itunes screen just says "iPhone." there's nothing to click, no information to enter, etc. bahh i just want to play with my new toy

i can't even activate the thing, let along change settings! will try though, of course.

Yea what's the deal here? If i finally got it to stop rejecting me, should I just leave the wheel spinning? For how long?

Will the yellow screen turn white when it activates?

I see there are a total of 3 activation screens:

1- Initial?
2- Confirm your phone number
3 - Confirm zip and last 4 of SSN

It can fail at any of those 3 sending you back to #1. At least mine failed at all 3 during different attempts.

I'm out for real now. I'll try tonight.

took about 30 tries on the first activation screen, about 10 times of that I got to the second screen and it failed, now I'm at the second screen and it's just sitting there, been that way for 10 minutes now...

Mine is yellow too but I can't activate to see what's going on but I'm pretty sure it's a setting because I saw a display unit at Best Buy when I grabbed a case and the screen looks amazingly clear and crisp with fantastic color

If you have an active AT&T SIM, just swap the SIM and skip the delayed activation and save the activation fee.
