Ranvoo aluminum bumper case...pretty cool minimal case. Comes with glass back protector.

Front aluminum lip does not go above screen ie no protection for front screen. I do have a front glass screen protector. Buttons are very responsive and tactile.

Aesthetically looks great for those wanting minimal look and feel :)

I wanted to like this but damn, it is like holding a bar of soap.

My Utomic bumper. Very thin but slippery. Unfortunately the black raised ridges on the back that keeps the camera from touching when laying it down flat is made of plastic and feels sharp. I think if it gets dropped on it's back those ridges will probably crack easily. The bumper does not seem like it would protect against any drops but I wanted a thin bumper. At the same time I wish the material wasn't so slippery feeling. It's even easier to drop now than it was before.

Perfect review, I love the look but the fact it’s so slippery is going to force me to take it off and use my cheap TPU clear case.....too bad as they did a nice job with the fit/finish.

Whats the consensus here about the back of the phone? Ive never scratched a screen and never used a screen protector on an iPhone, since the first one. I want to go naked on the back too, just use the bumper. I just watched a CNet torture test video and the front glass and back glass rated the same as far as being scratch resistant. I'd love to hear what you all think, as we're obviously bumper fans.

No screen protector for me. I like the feel of a naked screen. I can go either way with back protection. I have the ThanoTech back protector on now. It’s cheap and doesn’t reach at least close to the edge, but it serves the purpose of
adding some grip to the device.

I may order one of Mobile Outfitters clear-coat back protectors to pair up with the Fusion clear bumper.

I’m also using the k11 back protector. It’s ok. Definitely seems it provides good impact protection as it’s pretty thick. Obviously will provide scratch resistance to the parts it covers. Just doesn’t go edge to edge. It does provide some nice grip too. However, if I find something similar but provides edge to edge I’ll probably switch to that.

So it has been confirmed that the rhinoshield crashguard's buttons are not working well, or mixed feelings?
[doublepost=1511412163][/doublepost]This video will answer most if not all your questions about the Fusion bumper. Although not an X, it will show its durability to include the material the bumper is made out of? Can someone grab a discount code from FB for me? I don’t have FB :)

The first video I shared with you guys caught some attention to us all. I think the video below featuring the clear bumper really sealed the deal for me.

Why do they do the test with a glass protector on the front and back? That's very misleading. They should be testing bumpers without glass protectors.

No biggie for me since I plan to have a back glass protector in addition to the Zagg front. Besides, I don’t plan to drop it 21 feet high lol. I honestly think for daily normal use, we will be fine.

On the video for the X, I do not believe they had a screen protector on it. At least it didnt appear to have one. And on the back they had a protector but Im not sure it was glass. It didnt look like it to me.

Where do you buy this Fusion case and a back protector? Also, how this is this (in mm)? No info on their website at all for iPhone X.
I ordered it from their web site. I should get it this weekend. I don't know the dimensions but I will be able to compare it to the RhinoShield Mod which I currently have on my X. To me the Mod is thin so Im looking forward to comparing them.

Thank you darrinS. Please update after you compare them.

Hey guys, the Mod 3 carbon fiber backplate snapped like a twig after trying to set it in place. It was good for about a week. Spend your money elsewhere.

Hi, just want to know if the Utomic bumper scratches the stailess steel band in the iPhone....thanks in advance

Genius marketing at its best. Thin case to add on the already pricy utomic bumper edges.

I found another prospect for you guys after finding the fusion case.... :)

Basically a bumper with a built in glass back. Love the switch that locks the two piece case together. Looks like a nice airtight fit. It’s called the Switcheasy Glass X. Quick video below.
