Thanotech's service is really good. Ive got a replacement on its way so I will report back and let you all know how it is. Im really hoping they fixed the stiff buttons.

Agreed. I actually sent mine back for a refund. Alise at customer service has been great. I told her to get back to me when they’ve fixed the stiff buttons because I’d consider reordering.

Mobile Outfitters has great support also. I actually bought two bumpers and reached out to them to return one of them. They said they’d give me a full refund and to keep the bumper or give it to a friend. Wasn’t expecting that!

Totally agree. I have a slight factory imperfection on my clear bumper and the generously took care of me =) (replied to me concerns within a day).

Agree here is well.

What was the slight factory imperfection?

A tiny dimple/dot on the inside lower edge. Facing the screen on the lower left. Mind checking yours? It may be on the factory mold thingy or just mine...

My bumper has the same thing. I didn’t notice it until you pointed it out. It must be due to factory mold.

I was also told that my concerns have been forwarded to their R&D. Thanks for confirming.

I'm blessed to see defects really quick lol.

Are they going to send you a clean, fresh clear bumper? If so, maybe I’ll contact them about it.

Are there pictures of the K11 on a space grey X here in the thread? I’ve been looking thru trying to find some.

Post 74. If you want better pics let me know. I can take some tonight. Those original pics I had a really crappy screen protector I have since replaced.

I broke down and ordered one. I’ve gotta stop reading this thread.
Yeah, me too. Please post your thoughts when you get it. BTW, Thanotech says they did make a slight modification to the buttons after the initial release of the K11. They say they are now easier to press in.

Really? Latest reviews on their site still claim stiff buttons. If they did soften them up I wouldn’t expect a miracle here. Might be a little softer but I think it has to do with the TPU they use. It’s very strong and a single piece.

This what they they told me:

“We did modify the tooling to allow for an easier press after hearing about all the issues with the buttons. They still don't have a lot of play or clickiness, but they work a lot better and easier.”
