Did you DFU it yet? If not, that's next step IMO. I would delete the public beta profile BEFORE the DFUil be quick, Had the same speaker issue, turned off my iphone, when turned it on again, it got stuck on apple logo, had to restore the phone, now my earpiece speaker doesn't work at all, and 11.2.5 beta 3 didnt help, phone randomly crashes even when not using and back to stuck on logo screen, also sometimes says system failure, and reboots, and no where near a applestore for 2 weeks,
I contacted Apple Support multiple times! And they know about the issue and they are very adamant that the next iOS update will fix the issue! I asked them for a replacement since I am in India but they are not accepting at the moment ! They said wait for the update !For all the persons still experiencing this problem, I would advise you to get a new phone, preferably with a more recent manufacture date. My friend and I sent back our day one units as they were crackling badly. As we weren't sure this problem was hardware or software, we decided to wait till the end of December to buy again. Now our new iPhones X (both week 49) have no crackling. And I can't reproduce this issue on the display units at my local Apple Store anymore.
The problem is that if you're past the 14-day return period, you would probably end up with a replacement made earlier than the full retail box units...

At that point, I would have lost patience. It has been at least 3 updates that Apple Support keeps saying that. My opinion is that they know nothing about it. It’s just their typical answer to « minor » problems they can’t help you with. That and « we could replace it ». What has to be fixed, has been fixed, either software or hardware. Units at my local Apple Store and official retailers don’t crackle anymore. And I can’t reproduce the problem on mine. Songs that were suggested here, like Skyfall by Adele, play perfectly. If you still experience the problem on your phone, it is unlikely that they will fix it.

in iOS 11.2.5 Beta 5 i don´t have a Problem. I think ist fixed. 3 ix i have tested and nothing is hissing or ratteling or crappy from the Top Speaker. ( Test with Adele - Skyfall)
