Exact same boat here. Was on the phone with Apple and ATT for over 3 hours today trying to find out why. From what I learned there is a very small group of people that the system did not process the upgrade eligibility and the orders could not be completed in time for a 11/3 shipment window as originally promised. I had to call ATT and get escalated to have the issue corrected. But even after doing that I still got bumped back and have to wait for an Apple supervisor to call me back.
Very upsetting and also the percentage of people affected by this odd issue is extremely small so most phone reps do not know what to do or tell you.
The outcome... we are SOL for a 11/3 delivery. Just going to have to wait until the 17th-24th and hope they upgrade shipping for those of us once the issue is fixed.
Im leaving for training on the 24th and will be gone for several months, so for me, not getting the phone within a few weeks means I basically wont see it until well into next year when I come home. Really sucks

It was going to be a going away present for myself lol.
