14.4k?? LUXURY! I remember 1200 baud on my Commodore 64. I was there in the First Epoch of BBS's....Like the days if 14.4k dial-up interwibble?
Mine still says Nov/3
Ordered my iPhone X 12:03PM and received the wonderful November 3rd order confirmation email. I was really excited until I noticed everyone getting their shipping information except me. Checked the apple store app and saw my order was pushed to Nov 17- Nov 24!!! Apple support said they can't do anything and supervisors wont get back for another 2/3 days. Anyone else have this issue?

Man that is jacked up! Do you know what reason they said? Freaking rediculous, hopefully it will go back
Mine was squared away too -- I even paid my bill a few days early to make sure I was at $0 just in case. What I was told by Apple was that it could take up to 24 hours for AT&T to release my eligibility. Prior to that all that Apple could say was "Contact your carrier" and when I would call AT&T they said "We have no idea what they are talking about. We see a pending upgrade for your phone and since you ordered through Apple we don't have any more information on it." I spent all of yesterday on the phone with both of them only to get bumped today. Hoping I get lucky but on the phone with Apple this evening I asked if there was any chance of a delivery Friday and she was at least honest and said that she was pretty certain I would not get the phone Friday.
Curiously, an Apple rep removed the hold on one of my first calls and almost immediately my order went to PFS. A couple hours later it flipped back to processing again so I called only to find it had to be escalated.
My biggest frustration was that though there was a hold and pending cancellation if I didn't clear things up with my carrier I was not notified by Apple at all. No indication that anything was amiss besides the fact that my order was still processing Monday and there was no charge on my account. Had I not called it probably would have cancelled altogether.
Still waiting on an official response, but it seems that there was a glitch between Apple and AT&T. Really hoping that this get some what resolved!
So I ran into this 3 years ago. What I do now is Pay off my installments a full month earlier. Sorry, I know this doesn’t help Now but for future make sure it’s not days away from upgrade that you pay off your installments... sorry for this, crappy situation!

Oh I did make sure my installments were caught up 🙂 Especially so I wouldn't be confronted with that screen to make the final payment. From what I'm reading it sounds like there was a glitch in the upgrade Matrix for AT&T.So I ran into this 3 years ago. What I do now is Pay off my installments a full month earlier. Unfortunately it probably won’t, you already lost ur spot.. dang that sucks.

This is what has me so perplexed. They are not willing to let anybody speak to a supervisor during this preorder and there are some real situations that warrant speaking to a supervisor. I'm not saying this is one, I know its super frustrating but I'm referring to orders that have been cancelled by the system that should not of been.

Tell me exactly how this helps the OP? He’s mad that he got pushed back and you come posting wagging your tail about ur Nov 3 shipment? Really? Please be a bit more sympathetic.Mine is preparing for shipment still says Nov 3 though...
I ordered three through ATT and all still indicate: "Status: Preparing to ship", with expected delivery 3 Nov 2017. Although two of them have "Status: In progress" listed right below.Ordered my iPhone X 12:03PM and received the wonderful November 3rd order confirmation email. Every year I try to be super prepared but every year there is always something lol I'm still holding out for a bump. I think Apple actually has far more units that anyone anticipated and has it's production issues ironed out.
I'm trying to be! I have a delivery date of Nov 3, but it has not shipped yet via standard shipping... I am concerned myself whether my actual delivery date will be pushed back.

I am going through the same issue. I placed the order through Apple at 3:01 EST, and received an error that they couldn't communicate with the ATT servers and that my phone is on hold, and I'd receive an email to finish the order. Received the email at about 6 am est, and the "Complete my order now" button was a dead link. I called Apple, they said that it's down and to try back. They kept assuring me that as long as I complete the order within 24 hours, it'll be delivered Nov 3. I even have it in writing from the first Apple rep I worked with.
I tried 5 times an hour, and was finally able to complete the order at about 6 pm est. I had a Nov 3 delivery date up until sometime between 6 pm and 10 pm last night when I checked it last. At 10 pm when I checked it again, it had been pushed back to nov 17-24. Called Apple, they said ATT put a block on upgrading that line and to call them. Called ATT, there's no block, it's 100% eligible to be updated, and no verification is needed. Have that in writing too. Called Apple back, and Destiny said, "why didn't you just order through ATTs website instead of ours?" after I told her how frustrated I was with this whole situation. Then she transferred me to the iMac dept. I sent Tim Cook an email and will let you know if I ever hear back. Not holding my breath on that one.
As of 8 am 11/1, still have delivery date of nov 17-24. Meanwhile, I have friends on ATT who didn't do the upgrade program who's phones had already shipped out, and they had all the same issues I did initially. I think Apple jumped the gun about the true number of phones they had available for the nov 3 delivery date.
I think I'm in exactly the same boat. My previous iPhone 6 has been paid off and upgrade eligible for a year. I placed my order through the Apple Store app at 3:01am, received a Nov. 3 delivery date, and it stayed Nov. 3 until late last night when it switched to Nov. 17-24. I chatted online with Apple who said it was AT&T's issue, and when I called them they saw no issues at all on my account other than that the upgrade eligibility was released last night. So it's definitely an AT&T system issue where a very small number of orders were not processed correctly at launch.Oh, I was paid off long before the launch. I was just double checking, because I’ve had major problems in the past. Thanks for the heads up though!

I had a similar issue happen with ATT. Only one phone in an order of four placed is getting a nov 3rd shipping. I'm thinking of calling into ATT to complain because a later order I made is still getting nov 3 delivery so there was a mess up with their system and it's unacceptable to have placed a qualifying order with no billing issue s or upgrade problems and yet miss out on this chance due to their system glitching. I'd raise hell with apple/ATT if I were you.

I have a request for a supervisor to get back to me, but I don't think there's any chance I'll be getting my phone Friday. I'd like to complain and see where it can get me, but I don't think there's anything either Apple or AT&T can do to get me the phone earlier. Outside of working a miracle and making my phone come faster, I don't know what else I could even ask them to do.
