Yes and it promised me 11/3. Bunch of liers.

The UPS site never even showed my order even after trying my phone number, order number with last two digits backspaced, typing in my address. Nothing.
Chiming in to say I'm in the exact same boat, except that my phone is with Verizon. Absolutely no indication of any point of a problem on Verizon's end. Waiting to be called back by a senior support agent.
Oddly, I was told that all supervisors are unreachable because they're busy with some sort of internal Apple special event. I normally wouldn't put much stock in this offhanded comment from a first-tier support employee, but at one point someone did try to transfer me to an escalated tier and I instead received a recorded message saying that the employees were off-duty to watch an Apple Keynote, and I could watch too on the Apple livestream site (obviously an old message, or else someone selected it as a generic "out of the office" notification). The call then disconnected without transferring me.
Maybe it's an emergency triage all-hands session, where instructions for how to make things right for us are being disseminated to supervisors? I also heard offhanded mention of something like a free case or free charging pad from one support employee, and another kept making oblique strongly hinted references to "making it up to me somehow" when I eventually get called back. However, I'm being quoted 24-72 hours for that callback time which would make me SOL for a resolution by 11/3.
The worst part is I originally had an in store pickup for November 3. But I cancelled that because the reservation email said they would ship it and deliver on nov 3, saving a 30 min drive.
This happened to me too. I think something happened to the shipment that contained our phones.
