At&t next monthly payments didn't show up for me on at&t's website. Anyone else have that problem? I'm current with all my payments.
U should have checked to see what the “upgrade payoff” is. Since my iPhone 7 was a few weeks late last year, I wasn’t exactly at the 12 month period where I was eligible for a upgrade so I had to pay $36 to cover that last bit to be eligible. I did that this evening...no issue with upgrade besides the Apple store app crashing as I’m selecting in store pickup and I had to start over on the webpage. Oh well. 1 more week to wait unless I get bumped up...

Yeah lots of folks trying to post almost as bad as trying to get into the apple store app took me 12 minutes and by the time I finished my preapproved order -- minute or less I had a space grey 256 X but already slipped to November 17-24
 
Hit Verizon through their website (vs. the app) at 2:58a (EST), completed the order in like 2-3 minutes, no page loading issues (everything was fast), got my confirmation email almost immediately for an 11/03 delivery, iPX Silver 64GB. In fact, when I got my confirmation email, the Apple.com site still had the "maintenance" page up :D

My daughter was done within seconds using the Verizon site. The Apple Store app was MIA for at least 10 minutes!!!!!!

Upgraded through IUP 256 space gray ATT around 3:10am eastern. It said pickup in store in 11/3. An hour later and I still haven't got a confirmation email. Anyone else in a similar situation?
I ordered through the app at 12:08 pacific and still no acknowledgement from apple that I bought anything, no email or order status on website, except for the iPhone upgrade program page saying my upgrade is pending.
 
My credit card declined using Apple Pay (fraud protection), but I got a confirmation email from Apple. I called the CC company and they lifted the block, but told me to have the merchant re-process the transaction. Will Apply try to re-run the charge before shipping or did this pre-order essentially not go through at all?
 
Did IUP pre-auth stuff earlier today. Used the link in that confirmation email to get into Apple Store app. Wouldn’t load until 3:16 EST for me. Then it did, literally three clicks and now have confirmation email (showed up almost an hour later) saying my 256gb Space Gray iPhone X delivers Nov 3!
 
There was no SIM free option, so I had to use some family members' numbers on our carrier. Anyone know if I can de-link those numbers from the SIM it's shipping with, prior to activation? We live in different cities so not so easy to just switch SIM cards.
 
4-5 weeks delivery wait for West Australia. Pre-Orders had been open about 20 minutes when I tried the app. I was just curious to see how long.., I have the 8+ and quite happy.
 
Dumb question. I got one of the “we can’t contact your carrier but here’s a reservation number” screens. Does anyone have the url for checking the status of the reservation? I forgot to write that down....
So I never got the email confirming my reservation number either. I eventually just placed the order on my phone with the apple store app. This let me go through the whole process and select to pick it up in store on nov 3rd. The original reservation screen told me 1-2 weeks. So I'll take this is as a win, but you might want to try that, cause that email never came for me and the screen timed out, so I didn't write that number down either.

Nope took me 12 minutes to get in and a minute to Finnish the pre approved order on my 256 GB space grey X. No email yet although app said order was completed and I should get a email. Looking in the store I see no orders yet for order number I was given, but I bet the servers are bogged down. At least I do not have to worry about carrier approval and credit checks and such so hopefully it wil show up eventually ;-)
 
Yeah, it was lame. I kept refreshing for 13 minutes here on the East Coast (US). I finally gave up, spoofed my IP to represent a West Coast (US) IP and the site came right up. I placed my order (which was now on backorder due to preferential treatment of West Coast buyers). Then I changed my IP back to its normal East Coast IP - and you guessed it. The site was still down saying that it would be up soon to allow orders to be placed. smh.

By 3:20am ET (20 minutes late) the site finally became available to my normal East Coast IP address.

Note to self: For future iPhone purchases, pretend you live on the West Coast (US) in order to get preferential treatment.

From what I am seeing, majority of the Nov 3rd deliveries are 256 gb. I still haven't seen one for a 64 gb.
 
Did you get an email confirmation? I didn’t, but the app said the order went through. When I check my order history it says I have no orders. Ugh!
Give it a bit....as you can assume, the servers are getting slammed. Sometimes confirmation takes a while to auto-send...

Terrible experience. App Store failed twice - once with the "we'll send you a link" and the second time failed via browser on the Citizens check screen (I have no credit issues) - was trying for Nov 3 instore local. Ended up getting a Nov 3 delivery on Silver 256 through ATT around 4am - Space Grey was not the same guaranteed time. Still may show up with a Space Grey Nov 3 pickup from the Apple Store? We shall see.

Verizon store was up way before Apple and worked perfectly. Ordered for my wife there. I got store pickup on launch day for mine.

It is a mystery to me every year that people get launch day orders in. I am in Los Angeles on a super fast connection and the app wouldn't load until 12:17. By then 2-3 week window.
 
Got one in each color ordered, set for Nov 3 delivery (yay!) but unfortunately both are going to the wrong address. Anyone know if it's possible to change the shipping address once the order is placed?

That happened to me as well wrong address in the rush hahahahaha, let me know please

I ordered my 256/Gray on Sprint, no real problem. Delivery the 3rd, they say.
And then I tried to add my wife's phone. Couldn't confirm the carrier (also Sprint). And again failed. So I just went ahead and placed my order.

Then went back to get the second phone. And hour later and Sprint still can't ***** confirm that sht. Just awful. Has *any* been able to get confirmation on a Sprint phone in since about 12:05am PDT?

How is it possible you got an 11/3 date when you ordered an hour after it went on sale when those of us ordered within 1 minute with the same carrier and got 2-3 weeks?
