Received order confirmation at 12:08am for one Xs Max Gold 64gb and as of today order is still processing. Delivery still shows sept 21. Any ideas why?
I wouldnt stress it. If it says 9/21 delivery date, you will get it that date. Apple has always been on top of that.
Last year, there was a problem with my order, so I was worried it might be happening again. Sorry if my comment annoyed anyone.

Found my tracking number using my phone number as a reference number on ups.com. Apple still says “preparing to ship”. Still in China. Won’t be home Friday to receive the package and won’t be home til 9/30. How can I wait that long! Ughhhhhhh

You could prob find your tracking number using your phone number FYI on ups.com.
Mine just switched from Processing to Preparing to Ship. No tracking info yet. Checked MyUPS and track by reference. This is like crack for me. I need to know where it is... I am an impatient mofo.

If it makes you feel better all is says it’s that it’s in transit from ZhengZhou,China. This waiting is always the WORST! Good luck hope your tracking becomes available soon.
It doesn't make me feel better. Ok, maybe a little bit. I like to also try to remember how to track the plane its on, so I can make sure the pilot doesn't deviate from the route with my iPhone.

My Xmax Apple leather case is shipped from Milano to Switzerland via DHL. The phone I guess will also come from Milano.
To be honest I don't care where it is, I just need to plan a day home office so I would like it arrives on planned/scheduled date. If this comes from China, or Uzbekistan... I don't care but I would be jealous as it would have seen countries I didn't visited yet...
BTW with UPS,DHL,TNT or any delivery service, are you supposed to open the package to check if nothing is broken before signing the receipt? The guy is always in hurry...

There may be another thread on this.... but does anyone know how to reroute the package from let’s say Ohio to New York? When I go to UPS my choice, the only delivery option is to make changes after the first attempt. I just want them to deliver it to New York instead.... possible? I’m soo impatient and I can’t wait til the 30th when I get back home! Apple said I could cancel everything and reorder it with the new address and that was the only way (cause I did it through the Apple upgrade program). Didn’t really want to go through all that hassle. If anyone has any ideas, please help!
I don't think so. I would say if the box looks damaged, take pics of it and then take pics of the inside once you open it or make a video of opening it. Mine is being delivered to the UPS store by me, so its not left on my doorstep, even though I'll be working from home on Friday.

You could always ask someone to get the box and ship it to you after its delivered to Ohio. You could call UPS and see what they say, but I think you are pretty much SOL at this point. Sorry man.

Found mine by using tracking by reference using the order number and delete the last two digits and then you should find it.

Mine says that but only when I check in the UPS app. When I check it in a web browser it's still showing delivery for the 21st.
