So were you sent a notification from UPS of the shipment and tracking number? How did you get a tracking number?
Went to UPS.com, went to track by reference. Typed in my order number. Removed the last 2 digits. Chose Canada as my destination country.
Was given 2 tracking numbers (1 for my phone, 1 for my watch).
So I know ONE of them is in Ankorage
Been doing this for YEARS.

Don't you know exactly which one is in Alaska since you used the order numbers to get the tracking?
My order of the XS Max was in preparing for shipment delivering Sept 21st all week until today, now it says arrives Oct 1-3...what gives? I ordered the phone the first minute it was available to order. Should I call support and complain?
What was your original ship date? Have you looked for a tracking number via UPS? I would definitely call. Something seems wrong.
It's only one order number. That order number gave me 2 tracking numbers. Doesn't tell me which one is which.
I never got a shipped tracking email, just an order confirmation email at 3:06am that my order went through.
The information on this thread is very useful, especially now that I have interest to import it to my country
Ya I’m not a check my order kinda guy but don’t sweat it. You do you. Some people feel the need to slam on others for things that don’t affect them in the least. That’s the internet for you. Makes them feel better about themselves I suppose. Kinda funny really
Ahh, makes sense. I didn't even think of that because when I place my order, I'm so nervous that I'm going to miss the window for first day delivery that I just clicked through on the phone and then went back and added the watch to my cart. I'm on the Apple Update plan and they have this special preparation you go through for the phone and when the store opens back up it automatically takes you to finish that process. So I did that and then went back and got the watch.
In my case, I added both to my favourites, threw the items in the cart and cashed out. I was done before 3:02 EST (12:02 PST). It processed instantly, I was nervous it didn’t go through lol.
Mine is in S Korea. now.

Yeah mine says the same. Apple store STILL shows preparing for shipment. I tracked mine thru UPS and supposedly mine started in zhengzhou China, today it’s in S Korea.LET’S DO THIS!!!!!

Well they are looking at your reception status and any customer not in "Prepared for reception" will not get it by Friday EOB.
Mine still planned by Friday express delivery (guess it's because I live in Switzerland, too small country to have a warehouse to store iphone...).

One of my items is still in China apparently. My case also arrives tomorrow for the phone.

No Im in california, KY is the ups hub where they will holding them till the day before and get it to you on time.

After a long night of work & tracking my phone & watch I’m off to bed lol.
Yeah mine is still sitting in Korea. I really don't think it's possible to get it by Friday at this point but we'll see.
I'm hoping it's possible that my phone might have just missed some scans and could already be on it's way to the US.
