Any ideas what will happen to the old stock of iPhone XS Max in Apple Stores? They have been scrapped from the iPhone line-up and no longer available online. I was hoping to pick one up, possibly at a reduced price, to replace my X. I wasn’t too impressed with the new 11 and don’t want to shell out for the new Pro as I would rather wait until next year. Apple Retail Store still sells them at a cheaper price, even though they are no longer listed on apple.com but you'll have to walk in and see if they have them in stock. I believe they will still sell them until they deplete the stock or until they are instructed to send them back.
