Confused about my order. Can anyone explain?

Yesterday evening I called because I was unable to see my order status online.... seeing that I placed my order on the 9th.... I was then told that I was to under go another credit check....

WHATT!!?! I told them that they got all of this information from me earlier in the day and that I was told that I was approved!!! I was then told that I needed to still give my info for them to help me..... I let them varify me AGAIN and was put on hold from about 10:30pm to 11:40pm while they run my information... The rep came back to the phone and told me that My information was in the system and that they saw thai I was varified earlier in the day. She told me that the previous rep had not updated my information with the credit department and this was the reason why I had not been able to check my sttus online. She also told me that she had to manually push my order through as verified and that I should be able to check my order status online shortly. I said ok and hung up the phone... Now at around 2:30 this morning I checked my order status and it says ( for 3 IPhones..all of them are the 3s 8gb models...not going for the new version yet) Anyway... this is what I saw...

Now imagine seeing this for 3 of the same type of Iphones! I have 7 total orders and this includes FREIGHT!
My thing is I have no idea as to what is going on or why I have yet to hear from them about when I will be getting anything! All I know is I'm stuck waiting on somthing that was supposed to be shipped out in 2 days! Can anyone please explain whats going on to me?? I am new to the IPhone and a former windows phone user. I did'nt have this much of a hassle with shipment of my windows phone or blackberrys. I ordered through at&t. No special orders, no business accounts, no apple online orders,etc. Thanks... any feed back as to when I will get my devices will be nice. Please let me know how long it took for you guys to get off of back-orders too... I hate to think I am the only one who experienced this. (so sorry for the long message)
