However i still have problems with the phone.
When it come to the page said " Please make sure your device is BOTH OFF and PLUGGED IN to the computer".
>Both off ? my iphone and ??.

well, at least I can help here.
They mean that
1. your iPhone should be off
and
2. plugged in to the computer

these are the "both" they mean ;)

Beside, i can not turn the phone off ! I press and hold the Power button for few seconds, the screen goes blank (black), the "slide to power off" never showed, as soon as I released the power botton, the Apple logo appears for a about 3 seconds then the USB cable along with the iTunes logo re-appear again and again
The instruction said " Click next ONLY when your device is BOTH  off and plugged in" !!! I don't want to click next because i phone is not off :( .
What should i do next ? Pleaseeeee helpppp.

I did that, and the phone turned off, however the phone will turn back on immediately when I plug it into the PC without doing anything to it. As long as the phone is plugged in the PC, it won't turn off, no matter what i do to it ::(:(

That is weird.
It sounds like you might have a hardware issue.
So all it does is turn on, then off and restart and so on?

Yes, that is very weird
Here this is what going on to the phone:
>>If the phone is NOT plug into the PC and it is On:When I press and hold the Power button for few seconds:The screen go black, but there was no "slide bar" for me to slide to turn the phone off, so I assumed it off because it went totally black; when the phone is off (it only a guessed) if I press and hold the Power button for about 4 to 5 seconds the Apple logo appeared for about 2 seconds then the USB cable and the iTune logo took place, and for about 30 seconds more the screen went black, if I press the home button, nothing happen !! (I assumed that the phone is turning itself off )
>> When the phone IS off : It turning itself on right after i plugged it into the PC (the USB cable and the iTune logo appeared on the screen)
>> When the phone IS plugged into the PC: When I press and hold the Power button for few seconds the screen will go black but as soon i release the Power button, the phone turned right back on and of course, the USB cable and the iTune logo again...
>> When the phone continuously plugged into the PC: It's cycling on then off, on then off, on then off.....it's doing it in about every 10 minutes or so !!!!
It has been this way for about 2 weeks now, I just don't know what to do. I am very fustrating right now ... Some one please help me !!!!!

The other 4 times were cases of bad luck.

If you go to the Apple store and pay $200, they replace it, no questions asked.

Just back from iCenter... They couldn't help, they don't repair, they don't replace... Hate this!!!!

When you restored did you hold down "option>restore" then find the custom ipsw? After restoring you should of got iPhone error 1015. Then, use TinyUmbrella to kick your iPhone of recovery. After that, jailbreak with Redsn0w. In redsn0w you point it towards the custom ipsw.

Also did you uncheck "activate" in Pwnage?

That's your problem. The new version of the redsn0w jailbreak is tethered. Now you have to put your iPhone in DFU mode and restore with the custom ipsw. Jailbreak again with redsn0w.

Everytime your iPhone needs to be rebooted or the battery dies, you need to run redsn0w in tethered mode to turn it back on.

i did what you said but only one problem itune is giving me a 1604 error and redsn0w doesnt recognize my custom firmware if not to much to ask can you give me a quick call 3478378055

1604 means your iPhone is "still" in recovery. Now you tinyumbrella to kick it out.

Ok. Next thing to do. Edit your host files to that of the Cydia server:

Mac: Finder > Right Click - go to folder > /etc > hosts > append 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com at the end. Delete the 120.x.x.x.x.x

Windows: C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts. Same thing 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

Host file should look likes this:
