Just wanted to confirm that I found the only way to avoid the BT problem on my M1 Mini is to plug the Magic Trackpad into the USB port (I'm using a hub, but it works without one, too.) My Mini is well over 1 year old and there has been no improvement in the BT functioning, even after I bought the newer model Magic Trackpad.

Okay, thanks for the update.

Is it safe to buy a M1 Mac mini now without BT problems?
bought an M2 Pro Mac Mini, 32 GB's of RAM, 10 CPU cores and 16 GPU cores and it's really hard to understand that the BT module is working REALLY bad. I got some sony headphones (wfh 1000xm4's) TODAY and it's working LIKE ****. using spotify, youtube. is kinda unusable.

Magically, plugging the magic trackpad kinda makes usable the headphones. still, poor from apple. how bad can it be for a trillion dollar company to create a good BT module? they are not cheap machines.
