I don't think that's an option.
My bad...
I wouldn't have bought an iPhone in an unsupported country
I don't think that's an option.
If there is no apple store in your country, where did you buy the iphone?
If there is no apple store in your country, where did you buy the iphone?
Look my friend
In iran we are in sanction...
So the apple company doesn't have any service in here..
And we don't have any choice... In this country we all love the apple and iphone and we should buy iphone with out warranty!!!!!!!!
I hate this country but what can i do??? I love apple and buy one but now??????? This issue!!!! I don't what should to do?????
Sometimes my 6+ lags, and is unresponsive to touch.
Just doesn't seem as polished as my 5 in terms of fluid use.
I did a complete restore and the problems persist so I'm thinking it's not software.
Perhaps it's because I did a restore from my iPhone 5. Might start from scratch, we'll see. Anyone think this will help in any way?
You still haven't answered my question. In which country did you buy your iphone? U.S? Europe?
So you bought your phone in Iran?
Yes and here we don't have apple store or warranty...
Thanks...Oh I see. Well that is no good. Have to taken it to the place you got it from and see if they can send it in for repair? If not you'll probably have to deal with it.
I bought my iPhone 6 about a month ago and I've recently requested a replacement because of severe backlight bleeding in the top left hand corner.
The new iPhone, which I guess is a refurbished one, "kinda" fixed the bleeding problem (although not completely) but now it has a clicky home button and worst of all, it has tiny little scratches around the lightning port and the wake/sleep button.
Needless to say I'm kind of disappointed considering the fact that, backlight issues aside, my original iPhone 6 was in perfect conditions (basically brand-new, with 0 scratches). What should I do?
Did you send it in or take it to the apple store? I had a dead pixel on mine (got it on 2/5/15) and I requested the genius to just replace the screen only and not the whole device. So pretty much I still have my original one that matches the serial on the box.
Also they make you sign the paperwork before and after the repair has been done. So pretty much what I did was I inspected the phone to make sure that there isn't a dead pixel and there are no scratches on the screen before I signed.
Clearly the only conclusion from a single anecdotal point of data is that none of such devices must exist anywhere ever.I work for Vodafone, and have not seen a single faulty 6/6plus. Not one, and its the best selling handset by a country mile. Best iPhone yet, literally.
I purchased a white/silver 6 on 10/31. Everything was absolutely perfect. I grew tired of the color, so I gave it to my mom and bought the unlocked space gray 6 last weekend. Both phones were absolutely flawless out of the box.
must be nice to be rich
swapping out a phone just cause of the color...

Unfortunately, there aren't any Apple Stores where I live (in Europe) so I had to call Apple Support and they had someone pick up my iPhone. After 2 days they sent me a new one.
