I have a 2014 Sonata Hybrid and I updated to 8.0.2 last night and my BT is totally messed up. If I make a call it initiates on the car bluetooth but after 7 seconds (every time 7 seconds) it kicks out the call to iPhone. The call is still active but it's on the phone.

I was thinking it was my iPhone because I just switched from a Space Grey I6 to a Gold I6... but I think it's 8.0.2 because 8.0 worked fine on my Space Grey.

I'm still on 8.0.0 ugh this is driving me nuts. I am having the same problems as you.

Hyundai Genesis... Works well.

Reset all settings on phone.
Unpair/disconnect all phones on your car...reset to factory setting (if you can).

Now try to pair your phone again.

It worked for me. I had problem at first. But now ok...both on ios8 and 802.

My wife has an iPhone 6 and a 2015 Honda Fit. Works fine for music streaming and calls.

My 6+ works just fine with Sync in my 2011 F-150...just like with my 5S before this phone.

My wife's 6+ works just fine with Sync in her 2013 Escape...just like with her 5S before her current phone.

Works with my 2014 Escape w/MFT Sync. One problem though... every now and then it doesn't connect and I have to reboot the phone.

i talked to bmw genius line the other day and they are very well aware of the issue and will be posting a fix to bmw.com/update any day now

I have a 2014 Explorer LTD with MFT/Nav and haven't really tried the 6+ yet for any bluetooth functions. I had the 4S as my favorite and moved the favorite/primary device to the Galaxy S4 when I was waiting for the 6+ to come in (had to delete the devices to correctly re-do the bluetooth order). When I did get the 6+, I was able to pair it (still do not have it as a primary), but I'm afraid to try anything with it yet in the car until I hear more feedback. :p On some of the Ford forums, there have been scattered issues still happening with 7.x and SYNC (e.g., content indexing). The one thing that I don't use is icloud so none of that is turned on for my idevices.

OMG this worked! You're my hero. Thank you!

I have a connection issue with an aftermarket JVC Head Unit

I never had a chance to update to 8.0.1 but I do have intermittent connection issues under 8.0.2

I deleted the previous Paring between my 6+ and the JVC Head Unit then Paired again. Connects about 90% of the time. In those instances where the connection fails, I simply turn the Head Unit Off & On and the two will connect.

Kinda Annoying

Works fine in my X5 and S7. Only issue with the BMW is that if I'm using Spotify, if I try to switch songs it won't work. Have to do it directly on the device.

Might want to try deleting devices listed in your iCloud account. Log into your account via web, click find my iPhone. Look at the devices listed there. Delete the devices that you no longer have.

Read this on Walts' review for the iPhone 6. He had issues with his bluetooth and Apple advised him to do this and it worked. Known issue and they are working on a fix.:apple:

Mine worked for about a night but now is doing the same thing. I find it really strange that the Space Grey I6 that I bought on launch worked perfect. Then when I switched to Gold (also had 8.0 installed) and updated to 8.0.2 it stopped working. So strange.

I guess I'm going to call AppleCare to see what they are doing about this. I need my bluetooth working in my car. It's a must.

I'm actually tempted to buy another iPhone 6 running 8.0 just to test it out now. Or maybe book an appointment with a Genius and get a loaner to test out. Wish I never updated to 8.0.2. What a pain this has been.

Called AppleCare today and to my surprise the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Said my call was the first he'd heard of any bluetooth issues.

Good to know, maybe not so wide spread....do you guys show continuity devices under bluetooth preferences? You know like Mac's and iPad's?

No issues with my 13 Fusion. I have a laptop and iPad for continuity devices. The iPad is also in the car with me when I'm using the phone.

2011 Mazda 3 SGT and it is not working with my 6 plus. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Maybe I'll try to contact Mazda on this matter and see if they can be of any help.
Very annoying !

Iphone 6 with ford sync on 2014 escape model and i can confirm there are issues. When the phone is connected and i get a call the other party cant hear my voice. Im on ios 8.0.2 and pretty disappointed since one of th main reasons for switching from android was the (almost) always stable nature of iOS'es for me.

I've been talking with apple. Don't assume so much. Acura even sent a note out to my wife saying there is a problem. I'm trying to get a feel for those here who have seen the problem.

Bluetooth only working with music. But not with phone. Acura here. Didnt work after my update with 8.0 with my 5s and now with my 6 plus with 8.02it doesnt not work either.
