Hella. This is just trolling on a bigger scale. I hope they do well in business, but not this business. Otherwise, change your branding.Eh, I usually side with the little guys in a dispute against a giant like Apple, but I think in this case, this is a clear and cut ripoff of the customer, who will unmistakably associate this brand with Apple itself. If they need the "Steve Jobs" name and the clear ripoff of an Apple logo to sell their merchandise, it must not be all that great.
Coming soon: Apple buys small nonsense company called Steve Jobs.
The end.
The least they could do is sell a black turtleneck.

Why would they need US protection? Why? This company won't last long. Let them suffocate under the weight of their own debt. Best I can tell the suit they won was in Italy. They don't have U.S. protection.
Well, considering we never would have heard about them otherwise, yeah.Really? Report the news and it’s now a free ad?
You have got to be kidding me. What dumb legal team failed to convince the jury / judge that the only reason that there is a bite in that J is to mimic Apple's logo, as evidenced by the proximity to the Apple leaf? The two told la Repubblica Napoli that Apple went after the logo, something that may have been a mistake. The Intellectual Property Office decided that the "J" logo that appears bitten was not infringing on Apple's own designs as a letter is not edible and thus the cutout in the letter cannot be perceived as a bite.
Sounds like we are now going around in circles.Well, considering we never would have heard about them otherwise, yeah.
Maybe because that cutout looks more like the side and top of an apple than it does a bite. The proximity of the leaf is more evidence of my opinion being correct than yours... imo, of course. You have got to be kidding me.
