Easy, some of us did and it said " coming soon " for me, even after this thread was started and people were posting opinions I couldn't get it no matter which way. Its there now
 
is there really no way to make the album art bigger than the "large" artwork itunes provides you? i miss being able to set the exact size for my album artwork.

Yeah, funny. I sat and kept refreshing the store earlier today, till it popped up and worked so I could order a Nano and Apple TV...ha.
 
I like it. In particular, I like the cleaned up fonts and layout on the sidebar. And I really like the addition of the album covers down the left when 5 or more tracks for that album are in my library.

Need some time to play with Ping and form an opinion on that.
 
Sound Level Slider

is larger, I like it better.

My biggest complaint with EyeTV is the tiny sound slider that you can't
move because it's so thing.

Ping not working in Singapore Store

I just installed iTunes 10 and Ping is not active here in Singapore. This sucks!
Lack of colors feels quite weird. I was used to a boost of color in my life that now is gone...

How do you explain Safari then? ;). Apple has Cocoa for Windows no doubt, they'll just never release it publicly.

On topic: as an illogical Cocoa purist, I'm disappointed iTunes 10 isn't Cocoa/64-bit yet, but it does feel faster already, and that's all that matters. I don't care what the icon looks like, it's just a symbol for what I want.
 
Ahh, I see. Using the Software Update isn't working. You have to go to the OS X Software site. Here it goes!
 
You can set grid view background to dark charcoal in preferences. Not sure if that existed in the prior version, but there you have it.
 
My first impressions

I like that I can now independently adjust the volume of Airport Express speakers from within iTunes.

Other than that there's nothing new but the UI (Apple always up to its crazy inconsistent tricks) and Ping, which I can't really judge as I have no friends using it, and I doubt I'll have a huge flood of friends starting to use it anytime soon. I could see it being a neat way to discover other music, but so far it's a little lame in how it's set up from what I can tell (forcing you to pick top 10 songs and only letting you pick 3 genres of music you like). Would also be nice for small bands to be able to set up pages. So far I'm under the impression they wanted to do something "social" like companies back in the 90s wanted a ".com" business strategy, but I'll see what happens.

The icon really sticks out in the dock--it looks more modular--iOSish, like a button you'd push, and a bit less friendly. Maybe a sign of things to come.

Would have liked: 99 cent rentals of Mad Men, that'll be the killer feature.
 
LOVE the fact that you can turn off (hide) Library sources. I now only have Apps and Music, since I don't use any of the others (TV Shows, Books, ect)
 
I don't understand how all these artists have updates with pictures and videos. Is there a way to do that or is it just from Facebook? (I don't have a Facebook.) :confused::confused:

Oh, that was the cause of those messages, those of us lucky to get banned Apps, it was really annoying, but, i'm not going to upgrade for a day or two, I don't know if I like what you guys are saying, I have a lot of CD's and if I upgrade I can't go back, so i'm staying where I am until I can try it on my machine at the studio...
