Apple is holding a press conference in Zurich tomorrow at 11.30 a.m. It's now clear that the stores (probably all of those mentioned - Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland) WILL INDEED go online tomorrow!

Update: Several readers note that the latest version of iTunes supports video playback -- which is a new feature in iTunes. Obviously, users are speculating about long-running thoughts of a video version of the iTunes Music Store and Video capable iPods.

pkis said:well, if the sneak-peakers are right, it's going to be 1.50 Fr. per song and between 10 and 15 Frs. for an album - which is more or less the same as in the Eurozone stores. I suppose it's going to be the same in the other new stores as well.

In the Norwegian store the price was NOK 8 ( 0.985) for a song... not too bad considering it includes 25% sales tax...Dr.Gargoyle said:That would be 0.99, right?
I am a bit surprised that Apple keeps a low (extremely low) profile about this. It is hard to make any business if none knows you are around.

Yikes, image quality is poor (compared to QT), and it lags up bad. I tried it in windowed mode and it locked up. Not good at all, I am guessing this is meant for lower quality videos, music videos maybe?
Mitthrawnuruodo said:Well... I must say there was absolutely no apparent differences from 4.7.1 (30) to 4.8 (31). Really a non-event...![]()
Now, where are my playlist folders and ability to use aliases for the same version of songs on different albums...???![]()
